Beauty is a subjective concept that varies from person to person and culture to culture. It's a reflection of how a person feels about themselves, and it's not limited to physical attributes alone. While physical beauty is often the first thing people notice, true beauty encompasses much more than just looks.

In many cultures, beauty is portrayed as the single most desirable thing any men or women must possess. However, women in particular, is more expected to be beautiful than men. In advertisements, billboards, or magazines, women are portrayed as the object of sensuality, appearance wise, while most men in the modern age are also catching up to become more handsome and likeable.

Actually, it's simple to become beautiful. By following the mantra, beauty comes from within, you will surely become more beautiful as time goes by. This is in accordance with the Law of Universe, wherein, if you have observed, gentler things are more beautiful than harsh things. One of the examples are that flowers are more beautiful than rocks. Furthermore, a little Pomeranian dog is more beautiful than say, a crocodile.

Here are some tips on how to be beautiful:

1. Love Yourself: Confidence is an essential component of beauty. It's important to embrace your unique features, both physical and non-physical, and don't let society's standards define your worth. Celebrate your strengths and accept your flaws, and don't be afraid to be yourself.

2. Nutrition: Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean protein can nourish your body and give you a healthy glow. A diet rich in vitamins and minerals can also help prevent skin problems such as acne, wrinkles, and dark circles under the eyes. Additionally, drinking plenty of water can help flush toxins from your body and keep your skin hydrated.

3. Experiment: Try new makeup techniques or hairstyles to find what works best for you. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and experiment with different looks. You might be surprised at what you discover about yourself and what you like.

4. Beauty From The Inside: A positive attitude and kind demeanor can make a person more attractive. Work on developing your personality and being kind to others. People are naturally drawn to those who radiate positivity and good energy, and being beautiful on the inside can enhance your overall attractiveness.

5. Skin Care Routine: Establishing a regular skincare routine that includes cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection can help maintain healthy-looking skin. A good skincare routine can also help prevent skin damage and premature aging. Additionally, incorporating face masks and exfoliation can help remove dead skin cells and promote healthy skin turnover.

6. Protect Yourself From Suffering: Taking care of your physical and mental well-being is vital. Get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and prioritize stress management techniques to protect yourself from the negative effects of suffering. When you feel good on the inside, it shows on the outside. Taking care of your overall well-being can also help boost your confidence and make you feel more beautiful.

It's important to note that beauty is subjective and doesn't solely depend on external appearance. It's possible to be physically attractive but lack inner beauty, which can diminish overall attractiveness. Similarly, it's possible to be less conventionally attractive but possess a unique personality and charm that make you stand out.

Ultimately, the key to being beautiful is to focus on being the best version of yourself, both inside and out. Embrace your uniqueness, take care of yourself, and radiate positivity and confidence. When you feel good about yourself, others will naturally be drawn to you, and that's what true beauty is all about.
