The Power of Sound

Masaru Emoto wrote a book titled, “The Hidden Messages in Water” showing the detrimental effects of negative language and sound frequencies on water. Fresh water from springs exposed to positive words show complete snowflake patterns while polluted water exposed to negative words form incomplete snowflakes. My question to you is…is your music and word choice harming your Zen or helping you reach it?

The Miracle Sound Versus The Devil’s Interval

Throughout the known six universal frequencies in the solfeggio scale 528Hz stands out. 528Hz is known as being the miracle tone. Many have said tuning your music to this frequency and making music in this frequency open one up to give and receive love. In the process it helps reestablish connection and one’s ability to connect with animals, people and nature while healing the lungs and heart. If we combine songs with positive messages and this frequency instead of the war frequency of 440Hz adopted by the Rockefeller Foundation in 1930 we could bring back Zen and love. 440Hz tuned music have an F sharp of 741Hz. 741Hz is called the devils interval in musicology. Several articles and documentaries align with the military using this frequency as a war tactic to keep division of the masses. It creates a mind blockage within the human brain similar to the incomplete snowflakes in Emoto's study. This blockage prevents unity and maintains division by class, religion, gender, race, language, nation and marital status.

Triggers Disturbing Zen

Certain words, sounds and people have either positive or negative impacts on your well-being, instilling growth or hindering it. Things that hinder growth are your triggers. On a spiritual journey until one has reached true Zen where nothing can disturb your inner peace one must avoid these triggers. We all have different strengths and weak areas. Getting to know yourself is a part of the journey to reach your higher self where Zen resides.

Rest and Meditation Is Your Charger

Sleep is a crucial part to living a Zen life or to maintain your inner peace as well as your own time to self-reflect or meditate. Studies have shown sleep deprivation affects ones memory and ability to make decisions as well as impairing the immune system. People who do not get at least seven hours of sleep perform tasks worse than people who do. It can make a happy person moody and irritable similar to when you are “hangry,” hungry and angry. Nature sounds soothe and provide a sense of Zen which is why spas use them. I recently discovered an account on YouTube that goes by the name, “Soothing Relaxation” and they have 7.26 million subscribers. A video titled, "12 Hours of Relaxing Sleep Music For Stress Relief, Sleeping & Meditation (Flying) helps me when I am having sleep troubles." Remember a good night’s rest are our chargers as human beings. If you are not sleeping well you may be irritable, thus not at Zen.
