#FREEBRITNEY MOVEMENT

I finally got to watch the documentary "Framing Britney Spears", it aired on Hulu last night and was on my list of things to do for today. As I watched it all these emotions got stirred up, I literally went from sitting on the couch to pacing around my apartment like a "nutty buddy". If you haven't watched it yet, let me catch you up a bit.

Britney Spears was and still is one of the BEST PERFORMERS of her time. She was in the OG cast of The Mickey Mouse Club, which was a very popular show on The Disney Channel, that showcased triple threats doing various skits. She then took off as a solo act and became one of the most sought after celebrities of her time. Not to much longer she started dating Justin Timberlake and of course they became America's Sweetheart Couple. They were on The Mickey Mouse Club together so they had history. And honestly no one was surprised. It was what eveyone thought of as THE HOLLYWOOD PERFECT COUPLE.

Well fast forward a couple years and Britney is not only blowing up as a artist, she getting tons of attention. Her body was always in shape, but now Britney is maturing so she's becoming a "I'M NOT A GIRL, NOT YET A WOMAN" literally right before America's eyes. I can't imagine some of this new found sexiness not going straight to her head. Long story short its rumored that she ended up cheating on Justin with a popular choreographer who was helping her with moves for an upcoming video. Some "friend" he is. And I say that mainly because it's also rumored that he was friends with Justin as well, It was mutually understood that he trusted him alone with Britney.

So this is how I think it went down..... It was late, they're both dancing seductively. She is in the prime of her career, so she's feeling herself. He is also an attractive being. I also heard that it was for the video "I'm a slave for you", which is one the sexiest videos I've ever seen her do to this date. Its alleged that they slept together. I feel in my hearts of hearts that there is some truth to this. I mean Justin acting out as a man scorned was an understatement. Have you watched the video "CRY ME A RIVER?". I mean the likeness with the Britney look alike was pretty damaging to her squeaky clean "VIRGIN" no sex before marriage image and career.

The paparazzi lets not forget were vultures and had a field day with all of this and once again she's on every cover of every type of magazine. All the blame was put on Britney, the entire world took Justin's side. The only ones left in her corner were her "RIDE OR DIE'S" , the ones that in her eyes she can do no wrong. I was one of them. I know how men can be, how charming they can be and equally as eager to be near you. Then the minute you give them exactly what they want, POOF like some magic sorcery.....They are no where to be found. And you're left to feel alone and objectified. It's a feeling that sucks and couldn't imagine my mistakes being on display for the world to dissect and judge. Britney gets an A+++++ for PERSONALITY!!! Not only did she handle everything with such grace, but she also has IT, the IT everyone wishes they had. She worked hard to get where she was, that was more than obvious and proven by her strenuous and over demanding schedule. But NO ONE could care less. She cheated on Justin Timberlake and since she neither confirmed or denied, we all knew that where there is smoke, unfortunately there had to have been a fire.

Then came the interview with Diane Sawyer, even though Britney felt comfortable with her. Nothing can and could prepare her for the cringe worthy interview that ensued. She asked her all the questions Im sure a seasoned reporter like herself felt she needed to ask, regardless of the pain you could clearly see the distress in Britney's eyes. She then asked Britney what she did to cause Justin's pain. AMAZING!!!! Of course Justin is innocent!!! PAAAALEASE!!!!.. And if bringing her to tears wasn't hurtful enough, she then proceeds to tell her that "America's Mothers" are a little more than pissed at her for being "too sexy". Then to add SALT to her gaping wound, she shows her a visual of the governor of Maryland's wife mentioning exactly how she really feels about Britney, like who even CARED!!!!!!

Like way to get your ratings up and stir the pot, Mrs. Sawyer. I pray she realizes her involvement in all of this and sincerely apologizes to Britney. She deserves APOLOGIES ASAP ROCKY!!!! So many individuals are responsible for their involvement in Britney's mental breakdown. The entire world watched as she literally unraveled. They did NOTHING! We did NOTHING!! We have a responsibility as HUMANS to take care of each other and when we fail to do so, we might as well be catagorized as ANIMALS IN THE WILD. We have to do BETTER!!

Then comes in her father slash OWNER Mr. Jamie Spears. The main focus of the documentary was that her father Jamie has her under a conservatorship which is only used for individuals with physical or mental limitations, or old age. It all started when she like most HUMANS in life seemed to be going through more than her share of rough patches. Outside looking in , it did seem that she wasn't making the best decisions especially since she was now a mother of two beautiful boys. Her relationship with the boys father, Mr. Federline was also in the outs, so it was Britney against the WORLD. She continued not to listen and rebel and was welcoming in her life some questionable characters. So DADDY to the rescue, or so we thought. She was at risk to losing everything, and even though she didn't trust her father she agreed to the conservatorship. This was supposed to be a temporary thing, and its going on 12 years.

Hence the #freebritney Movement. Britney, I'M SO SORRY that the same individuals who built you up were the same individuals who stood by and let this happen to you. God doesn't like UGLY, and you will prevail VICTORIOUS! I LOVE YOU BRITNEY SPEARS!! XOXO

The paparazzi followed her every move and early on, you can see how it all romanticized her. I saw her in concert and I was blown away at her she comes alive in front of an audience. Like she doesn't even show a shred of nervousness. Calm as a cucumber, professional as they come. Nothing rattles her. They even show past interviews she had, pre #freebritney and she answers everything with such grace and poise, I was actually impressed by her maturity. She was on top of the world!!! She was BRITNEY SPEARS!!!
