Nature of the Anxious
Where in the world am I? I feel it, it’s there on my shoulder just sitting there keeping me company. Clinging to my thoughts so rich in its worry, darkness, and dismay. A being so minuscule in size, yet so strong. Binding to my shoulder and whispers, whispers his worry; feeling his fear weighing down my chest like lead.

Nature of the Restless
I feel it. Stirring from its dark depths of nowhere seeking revenge from our ignorantly blissful dream of rest. A beast as slippery as Night herself, nocturnal in nature, creeping, waiting for its prey to forgo its guard until she pounces yet again. “Yesss, what a tasty morsel we have here,” the incontinent beast uttered, “ripened dreams now forgone.”

Why 'The Good Doctor' Advocates for More Than Mental Health
Many have seen, if not heard of, ABC's new show The Good Doctor, which shares a story about Dr. Shaun Murphy and his journey as a doctor and individual. Dr. Murphy is unique in his own right, having been diagnosed with both Autism—rather, the higher functioning version of Aspergers—and Savant syndrome. Personally, I believe, especially in today's world, that mental health is often spared from many conversations; yet when we stop to reflect, we realize how important our mental health is in order to live a better life. This is definitely a show to help us as a society to get there. The show brings to light common aspects that are often overlooked, such as prejudices, mental health, and themes like honesty, determination to beat criticism, and real-life situations among many others with a bit of comic relief to pacify the mood.

6 Reasons Why Mental Health Is a Priority Around the Holidays
Mental health is something many people shy away from acknowledging and even sharing its influence. Adding Christmas, a time of giving and spending time with loved ones while laughter should be filling the air, to a mental health sufferer causes more Scrooges than Rocking Around the Christmas Tree and more stigmas.

7 Reasons J. Han Needs to Be Heard
There are plenty of artists out there that spark interest within us, whether it be their message, genre, or even how they use music to influence their followers and allow them to travel through time. One artist in particular is J. Han (James), and his connection to this new world he's found living in as a Korean-American. He raps not of a tantalizing life filled with sex and exploiting women, but humbly sharing his soul as the "Cleaner's Kid" turn artist; serving a purpose for the world and for God.

Nature of The Obsessed
Agony was at its worst and truly within the slandering clutches of Satan and all other oppressions, far from progression and stimulation of sight. Instead, a dark tunnel grows darker and darker as you burrow through, trimming all hope of light and a selfless hand to pull you out from the void. "Do it… do it, I say! You are weak; I feed on your fear and your scrumptious dismay."
