Weighing In
Throughout my life, my weight has fluctuated drastically. As a child, I was the ‘skinny’ one. Too thin to be called ‘slim’, I could eat whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and not put on an ounce of weight. My ‘tween’ years were spent looking a bit like a colt — long arms and legs with large hands and feet. I never had a bit of belly fat. My metabolism burned calories without me ever having to worry about what I put in my mouth.
