Just go with the flow
‘It is both a blessing and a curse to feel everything so deeply’ they say. And there it comes again the wave taking over all the stability I thought I’d finally caught up with the chaos. I guess you never really know when you’re about to take a plunge for the worst. I thought I was just going to be able to dive in head first in the vast ocean, but here comes the ripple effect. Except, low and behold, it’s a tsunami this time. A watery grave of emotions is rising to shore. I thought I’d finally get to the seaside, pick some seashells and bask in the morning sun, but here strikes a misfortune. That could have been avoided with a little reason and common sense. You’re swimming and swimming against the current now little pisces. Oh, little pisces, don’t be so overly dramatic, he just left you. You’ll recover and enjoy threading water again as the leaves fall and the years pass.

Cotton Cavity
Dentists worldwide encourage their patients to floss, brush their teeth several times a day and avoid sugar at all cost. It comes at a surprise when we learn the little unknown fact that cotton candy was created by none other than a dentist. One of the world’s favourite carnival snacks, commonly known as daddy’s beard (barbe a papa) in french, is commonly known worldwide. This sugary treat has so many different little nicknames. If Sex in the city, than This is Us
I believe what we all really need at this time, in 2021, is more shows on human connection. It is truly soothing to watch people engage in social interactions on the big screen. I can speak for myself when I say watching people interact with each other in a pre-covid era brings a lot of joy to my heart. Simply to see people engaging less than 6 feet apart with complete strangers is refreshing. What a crazy year this has been and, it’s safe to say, we all feel a little bit lonely in 2021. These difficult times remind us all that family and friends is what matters most. Which is why I’ve been bringing back classics filled with friendly banter and humour to get my family through. From Friends, Two and half men, Weeds, Full House and Sex in the city. All these shows bring a lot of happiness in our household. I truly believe that if you enjoyed Sex in the city, then you should also binge watch This is us created by Don Folgelman in 2016.

In black and white
“Starting a new chapter…” at least that’s what he thought. It had been almost eight years of non-stop distractions. Roman didn’t want to admit it, but he’d spent most of his twenties constantly staring down at his phone, looking at the clock and pacing back and forth. He’d barely seen the days fly by and here he was, turning thirty in a few days. He couldn’t see a clear path to sorting out his life and the sun had long since set on his tattered shoes. He realized the line between having things under control and completely losing it got blurry and yet he couldn’t seem to make it stop.
