Food Freedom
Summer for me tastes like freedom. Not just sunshine, beach days, road trips, and fun times. That kind of freedom is amazing, but this summer will taste like freedom to eat more, eat healthier—to have a healthy appetite. Because this summer I am in recovery from an eating disorder named ARFID. Most people haven't heard of ARFID (Avoidant restrictive food intake disorder).

Dreams & Determination
I have always had a passion for technology since a young age. Since I was a child, I have been intrigued by the capabilities, conveniences, and advancements of technology and technical systems. My 13 year journey in the tech industry has been full of learning, growth, and fulfillment. Starting in tech as a Technical Assistant at Michigan State University, I furthered my education, read, learned and researched daily to advance my technical skills. Taking courses, reading books and practicing self-development in addition to obtaining my Master’s degree in Instructional Technology helped propel me into the dream job of Regional Technology Specialist that I have today. I have held IT roles in different industries such as Telecommunications, Media, Global Defense and now Automotive.

Write Your Chances
Anna took the small notebook off the park bench. “Someone must have forgotten it", is what she thought. She examined it for a bit, hoping to find a clue of who the owner was. However, the notebook’s clean, black leather surface didn't bear any marks. There was an elastic closure on the front and a ribbon bookmark tied to the spine. Flipping through the pages, she expected to find something written, however, it was completely empty.
