Did You Know Vader Once Learned From Someone Far More Insidious Than Palpatine?
In the early years of the Empire when Darth Vader has finally hunted down and slain all remaining Jedi, the newly self-appointed Emperor allows his apprentice to settle down on a planet of his choosing. Darth Vader chooses the lava covered planet of Mustafar and it is there where he meets the ancient Sith Lord Darth Momin. In Darth Vader (2017) #22 by Charles Soule, Giuseppe Camuncoli, Daniele Orlandini, and David Curiel it shows the two Sith forming an unlikely alliance to craft a door to open the dark side Force Locus. The same place where Darth Vader bled his kyber crystal. But as dark and evil as Darth Vader is he will find Darth Momin to be even darker and more twisted than anything he’s seen before.

The Evolution Of Star Wars Canon
September of 2014 was a new and exciting time for Star Wars fans. Disney had purchased Lucasfilm two years before. Star Wars Episode VII (the title hadn’t been announced yet) was in post-production. Star Wars comics were three months away from returning to Marvel. Sadly, the top-rated animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars was canceled. However, shorts of the new animated series Star Wars Rebels were airing in anticipation of its premiere in October 2014. And the first new Star Wars canon novel, Star Wars: A New Dawn, was released on September 2, 2014. The snowball was just forming.

Halle Berry Reveals She Would “Absolutely” Return to the Role of Storm Again
The MCU has some exciting news, Halle Berry would like to be cast as Storm in a future X-Men film. If you remember, Halley Berry has been cast as Storm in other X-Men films. Storm is able to control weather and wield it to her will, making her one of the most powerful heroes on the globe. The last movie Halle Berry was cast in as Storm was X-Men: Days of Future Past, in 2014. So, its been awhile since Halle Berry has played Storm. The actress has expressed much interest in returning in the role of Storm in a future MCU X-Men film.

Star Wars The Acolyte Has Cast Its Lead Actor
Breaking news from the galaxy far, far, away; Or in this case, the good folks down at Lucasfilm who are making stories set in that galaxy, for it seems that more progress is happening with one of their many productions, with The Acolyte having an eye on its lead role. According to Variety, that role will belong to actress Amandla Stenberg, known for roles in The Hate U Give and The Hunger Games. If all plays out, she would be an amazing addition to the Star Wars universe and possibly the first woman of color to have a starring role in a Star Wars property.
