EA And Lucasfilm Games Announce Three New 'Star Wars' Games Are Coming
Star Wars and video games have gone hand in hand for many years. Many fans remember playing a Star Wars video game when they were younger, be it the original Battlefront, Empire at War, Republic Commando, Dark Forces, or the Rogue Squadron games. Now it seems that we may be adding a bit more to the growing roster of Star Wars video games in the very near future.

New Details About the Rancor Make This 'Return Of The Jedi' Scene More Heart-Breaking
Rancors, consisting of several subspecies, are semi-sentient reptilian carnivores typically found on Dathomir and Felucia used for work in agriculture and war. Chapter 3 of The Book of Boba Fett, brought back the ferocious rancor from Star Wars: Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, except it was not quite so ferocious. This time the rancor appears to be a lot tamer and much younger than the rancor that Luke Skywalker slew in the dungeon inside Jabba's Palace.

Did 'Book Of Boba Fett' Star Just Spoil A Surprise Cameo?
In an interview for Buzzfeed Celeb, The Book of Boba Fett star Temeura Morrison remarked, “I like those Ewoks. They were great to work with. They were funny." Co-star Ming-Na Wen agreed, saying "They were funny." As of yet, no Ewoks have appeared in The Book of Boba Fett. Neither has Boba encountered them in any of the other properties in which Temeura Morrison has appeared, namely The Mandalorian and Attack of the Clones.

New Production Notice Gives Details Of 'Ahsoka' Plot And Filming Start
Finally, we Star Wars fans can enjoy some new Star Wars content. I know last year we got The Bad Batch and Star Wars: Visions along with several comics and books. But show-wise, we were left a bit starved, compared to Marvel. Now we are two-thirds of the way into The Book of Boba Fett, and later this year we will hopefully be enjoying the likes of Andor, The Bad Batch Season 2, The Mandalorian Season 3, and of course, the long-awaited Obi-Wan Kenobi. 2022 is looking to be a great year for Star Wars fans.

'Bad Batch 2' Listed To Come Spring 2022 By 'Star Wars Insider'
The upcoming season 2 of The Bad Batch certainly has Star Wars social media afire. The conversations are serious. It seems no one can agree on how they feel concerning the announcement that Bad Batch 2 is coming out this Spring 2022, how it will fit in with other shows, and the ongoing storylines unfolding at a high rate of speed.

Are We Expecting Too Much From 'Star Wars' On Disney+?
Expectations can be a dangerous thing if tapped into incorrectly. With Star Wars, it seems expectations either make or break many of these projects. A weight looms large over the franchise, one of great expectation, and hopes. There is a legacy that very few franchises have. It is probably a result of the cultural significance the original Star Wars trilogy had on the world. It impacted not only the fan base but modern pop culture as well. With all this in mind, many of us have high expectations, and all sorts of speculations and theories in regards to the Star Wars Disney+ shows.

Lucasfilm Gives Up 'Children Of Blood and Bone' Adaption To Paramount
The name Lucasfilm Ltd. will forever be associated with Star Wars. But during its 50 years of existence, the company has ventured into other areas from time to time, most notably, of course, the Indiana Jones franchise. Still, it is also responsible for movies like Willow, Labyrinth, the tragically underrated Howard the Duck, or, more recently, Red Tails, the film about the Tuskegee Airmen during World War II.

Obi-Wan's Death In 'Star Wars: A New Hope' Was Originally Much More Graphic
One of the most innovative, exciting, and tragic things in Star Wars: A New Hope was the duel between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader. The duel ended with Obi-Wan’s death and the disappearance of his body (we would later find that he had turned into a Force ghost), and Luke had to come to terms that his mentor is gone. Star Wars: A New Hope surprised everyone with how wildly popular it became and it set the standards for the space opera/science fiction genre storytelling. It was also innovative in the things that were done to craft the ships and special effects, and, of course, the lightsaber which had fans hooked since Obi-Wan Kenobi pulled Anakin’s blue lightsaber out to show Luke.

'Star Wars' Artist Provides Background On Luke Skywalker's Updated Look For Surprise Cameo
As Mando and his party of fighters prepared for an onslaught of Dark Troopers onboard the bridge of Gideon's flagship, fans waited with bated breath to see what would happen. Our heroes were cornered against an insurmountable force, but fortunately help was on the way. Answering Grogu's call from Tython, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker arrived on the Arquitens-class light cruiser, decimating the ranks of Dark Troopers, saving Mando's team, taking away the wee baby Grogu to complete his training, and leaving Star Wars fans weeping tears of joy.

Top Starfighters In 'Star Wars'
As discussed in a previous article, one of the main elements of the Star Wars franchise are the exciting dogfights and the various types of starfighters involved in these aerial battles. Although there are some mainstays, nearly all the Star Wars movies and series have continued to develop and feature new and more visually interesting starfighters. This article will discuss some of what I consider to be the best starfighters in the Star Wars movies and series.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead Joins The Cast Of ‘Ahsoka’
Momentum is building for the Ahsoka series coming soon to Disney+. Every few weeks, it seems there is a new member added to the cast. Rosario Dawson will reprise her role as Ahsoka, which she took on for the second season of The Mandalorian. Last summer, it was announced Hayden Christiansen would reprise his role of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. Last fall, we learned about Australian actress Natasha Liu Bordizzo and Ukrainian actress Ivanna Sakhno. And now there is one more.
