Explaining The History Of The Darksaber's Creator - The Mandalorian Jedi
For over a thousand generations, the Jedi Knights were the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy. Or something like that. During those generations, the two groups the Jedi conflicted with the most were the Sith (duh!) and the Mandalorians. Stories of the wars between the Jedi and the Mandalorian warriors were extensively covered in Legends. They are basically the England and France of Star Wars - they don’t like each other and seem to be warring every few years about something. The main reason for their violent relationship is their differing philosophies on how one should live their life. The Jedi promote peace and justice, while the Mandalorians believe a warrior’s life is carved by how many enemies they kill in battle.

Speculation – The Real Reason Why Crime Syndicates Are So Interested In Tatooine
Tatooine seems to be quite the hub of scum and villainy and it is just relegated to Mos Esiley. The planet is the home of various criminals like Jabba the Hutt, one of the most notorious crime lords of all time. For a planet that Luke once considered farthest from anything interesting, it is the center of underworld activities.

Facts About Jedi Padawan's You Never Knew
Due to the destruction of the Jedi Order during the rise of Palpatine's Galactic Empire, the Jedi Order as an institution did not exist during the time of the original trilogy. In A New Hope, Grand Moff Tarkin casually commented to Darth Vader that he is "all that's left of their religion," at least until Vader senses the presence of Obi-Wan Kenobi onboard the Death Star. With Obi-Wan's self-sacrifice and Yoda's death in Return of the Jedi, Luke is left as the last fully realized Jedi Knight, although we also learn that Princess Leia is his twin sister and Force-sensitive as well. During the prequel trilogy, we are given a glimpse of the Jedi Order's final years as a galactic institution, including a look at the process by which a Force-sensitive person becomes a full-fledged Jedi Knight ready to serve the galaxy. This article examines this unique process.

Will Darth Vader Destroy Crimson Dawn?
Warning: Spoilers for War of the Bounty Hunters #5 and Crimson Reign #1 Darth Vader has been on a rampage in the recent Star Wars comics. In the current arc of Greg Pak's Darth Vader comic run, the Dark Lord of the Sith has been sent on a mission by Emperor Palpatine to eliminate the newly returned crime syndicate Crimson Dawn. This arc immediately follows Charles Soule's War of the Bounty Hunters crossover event, which saw Crimson Dawn taking Han Solo from Boba Fett and auctioning him off to the galaxy's major crime syndicates. Said auction was swiftly interrupted by the intervention of Darth Vader, who fought off Crimson Dawn's current leader, Lady Qi'ra, and slaughtered the Grand Hutt Council when they attempted to stop him from taking Solo for himself.

The Most Brutal On-Screen Lightsaber Death In All Of 'Star Wars'
There is no denying that Star Wars and lightsabers go hand in hand. The lightsaber quickly becomes one of the most iconic weapons of all time. If you see a glowing blade anywhere these days, there are very few people that would not immediately think of Star Wars. Space wizards with laser swords are what it is all about. Across the Star Wars franchise, we have been treated to many glorious lightsaber fights. The debate still rages on as to which lightsaber fight is the best with each of the three trilogies offering up at least one candidate for the title. There is a lot less talk though about the deaths that were inflicted with a lightsaber and how that is represented in live-action Star Wars movies and television shows.

How 'The Book Of Boba Fett' Finally Humanized The Sand People
Since we have seen them in A New Hope, Tusken Raiders have been considered antagonists. They were treated as almost savages of the planet, not talking, never seeing their faces, and always believing them to be the antagonist given how they come across our heroes like Luke Skywalker. In terms of the Hero's Journey, the Sand People were a threshold, an obstacle for Luke to overcome on his way to becoming the hero. Once the hero crosses that threshold, there is no going back.
