Meet The Villains Of Star Wars The High Republic
Star Wars has a long and storied history, stretching from the original movies to the Sequel movies, traversing animated TV shows, countless books, comics and video games and finally to a live action TV show. Across these mediums are scattered numerous, memorable villains, from Sith Lords such as Darth Vader to bounty hunters like Boba Fett. Without the villains there would be no heroes, and your hero is only ever as good as your villain. A weak villain makes for a weak hero, because if the threat isn't all that plausible then the hero doesn't really have to do much to make everything better. With the Skywalker saga finally over, it's time to begin something new, and a new chapter of the Star Wars story begins. Enter The High Republic.

'Star Wars' Finally Explains A HUGE Plot Point From 'A New Hope'
The Mandalorian is back, and it has been touted as the best Star Wars since the original trilogy. It has honed in on the western aspect that was so front and center for a portion of the original movie from 1977. It helps that the second season premiere brings the characters back to Tatooine, even expanding the worldbuilding of what people are used to thinking of as a bland, boring desert planet. The season premiere shows that there is still more to Tatooine than meets the eye, and even sheds a bit of light on a detail from the original film.

Olaf Recaps The 'Star Wars' Prequels
When thinking of Josh Gad and Star Wars, the first thing that may come to mind is the times when he tried to get "insider information" from Daisy Ridley in interviews as the sequel trilogy was coming out. Star Wars Confirms Where The First Order Truly Came From
When Disney purchased the rights to Star Wars and announced that a new trilogy of films would be created, there were naturally questions of who exactly the main villain would be. Return of the Jedi tied things up pretty neatly. The Emperor was dunked down a reactor shaft like a basketball, Anakin Skywalker came back to the light, and Luke Skywalker became a full fledged jedi. There was an entire galaxy full of possible threats to the new republic that would arise from the ashes of the Empire.

Galaxy’s Edge is being Hit The Hardest By Disneyland Layoffs.
It seemed like earlier this month Disney had laid off about 28,000 people across their Parks, Experiences and Products division. Actors and performers were mostly taking a big hit on this impact as live shows are still closed, and tons of other people were laid off this past couple of weeks. But the one that made a huge impact and had been hit quite hard due to the layoffs is Planet Batuu.

How The Lightsaber Has Changed Over Time
In many works of fiction, the main characters have certain items, called “props” that the characters always carry, that are associated with the character, or are otherwise usually present with the character. Typical examples are Long John Silver's parrot, Frodo's Sting or Indiana Jones' whip. These items are essentially extensions of the character, and are used not only as a tool or weapon but often for characterization and as an icon for which the character is remembered. In pop culture, the lightsaber is the iconic weapon of a Jedi, and although there are characters who are not Jedi who carry them, it has become a recognizable symbol of Star Wars and one that has evolved from a basic, metal tube to many other, more interesting and exotic designs.
