There Is A Rumour That Shia LaBeouf Could Be In 'Star Wars' Soon
Star Wars casting rumors are on the rage. Some seem likely, some seem somewhat plausible, and some seem just way too out there. The fact of the matter is that we may not know for sure the legitimacy of rumors until something like an official confirmation from Lucasfilm comes out. However, some are interesting to think about.

The Mandalorian Is The Best Thing To Come From Star Wars Since The Original Trilogy
Pop culture today covers many thousands of different franchises, in movies, TV shows, books, comics and video games. The biggest franchise is that of Star Wars, heralded by the classic original movies from 1977 – 1983. Since then numerous Star Wars properties have been released, including more movies, TV shows and video games, creating such a massive franchise that even people not familiar with the Star Wars brand recognise the name “Star Wars.” But naturally, with the biggest franchise comes the biggest fanbase, and that unfortunately comes with a certain level of toxicity and expectation.

Kathleen Kennedy Is To Blame For The Sequel Films Failure
As we know the Star Wars sequel trilogy made over $4 billion dollar worldwide, however the number from Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens to Star Wars Episode XI: The Rise of Skywalker went down from earning $2.7 billion to $1.7 billion dollar. There are reasons why this film flopping over time, and to be honest, The Force Awakens made over $2 billion because of the long awaited Star Wars film since 2005’s Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. It was long overdue for Star Wars fans and a nostalgia with the original characters to come back and reprise their respective roles for the older generation that grew up with the original trilogy. These two reasons why it drew the audience back to see the movie, of course, not too mention not just the older but new generation of Star Wars fan will see it no matter what. But why is the film flawed and going down? Well, the Star Wars sequel trilogy was already flawed from the get go, because of the lack of planning and forethought. Even George Lucas, what it seems like to claim that he mapped out all the entire Star Wars saga from the get go, but that’s just an over saturate statement, since there’s an existing evidence he was actually making up as he went along, with Darth Vader with a completely different back story before Darth Vader was reconned as Luke Skywalker’s father on his second draft of the script, as it had been seen in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.

'Star Wars: The High Republic': We Now Have A Wookiee Padawan
In the upcoming multimedia project titled Star Wars: The High Republic, a new cast of characters will be introduced that will showcase a new generation of Jedi, colloquially referred to as "The High Republic Padawans." Padawans are some of the more interesting kind of Jedi. They have a unique perspective on the Jedi Order, and they are a good way for people to get a better idea of what the Jedi Order is all about. When their masters teach them about the Force and the Order, we are also learning about them at the different periods in their history. The Jedi are an eclectic group of races, but there have been very few Wookiees that we have seen wielding lightsabers. (Lowbacca in Legends and Gungi from The Clone Wars may come to mind.)

When thinking of The Mandalorian, it is likely that Solo: A Star Wars Story is not one of the first things that come to mind. Attempting to satisfy die-hard Star Wars Fans is certainly no simple task. Even though the legendary director, Ron Howard, put forth a remarkable effort with Solo: A Star Wars Story, the film failed to reach light speed at the box office. Solo: A Star Wars Story cost nearly $400 million to produce and market, and despite its spirited performances and rough-and-tumble humor, the film only yielded $150 million in its opening weekend in May 2018.
