Rian Johnson Was Not Aware Of Kylo Ren's Fate After 'The Last Jedi'
One of the most heavily criticized parts of the sequel trilogy is the apparent lack of a cohesive, overarching story thread. From the onset of the films, it became apparent that Lucasfilm and Disney were content to allow the individual film directors to steer the trilogy to their own directions. Coming form a company that includes a Story Group and has produced one of the most intertwined and continuous universes in the MCU, this seems like a poor choice. While the sequel films are visually stunning, both in effects and cinematography, and are undeniably fun and entertaining, there are those who have expressed concern with how they fit together as a trilogy and how they impact the Star Wars story at large.

Mark Hamill Deep Fake Was Not The Only Choice For Luke Skywalker's Cameo
One of the biggest and most delightful surprises in season 2 of The Mandalorian was hands down the heartwarming Luke Skywalker cameo in the season finale "The Rescue," in which the powerful Jedi entered the fray in his iconic Red Five X-wing, cut through hordes of Dark Troopers, and embarked on a mission to train Grogu in the ways of the Force. Seeing a young "deep-fake" version of Mark Hamill as Luke was welcomed by many, but recent interviews revealed a behind-the-scenes perspective and explained Mark Hamill's involvement in the episode's production.

The 7 Most Lovable Droids In 'Star Wars'
"Look sir! Droids!" -Imperial Stormtrooper (Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope) As I'm sure everybody would agree, one of the most charming and enduring elements of the Star Wars franchise, which has been incorporated in pretty much every single movie and TV series, has been the droids featured in them. Every single Star Wars movie and series has introduced new and interesting droids that have become enshrined in the Star Wars universe as major characters that have played pivotal roles in the events transpiring in the various stories. As a lifelong Star Wars fan, I want to talk about whom I would choose as the seven most lovable droids in the franchise. Aside from the top two, these will be in no particular order.

The Reason This A-List Actor Will Not Be Playing Thrawn
Grand Admiral Thrawn is one of the fan favorite villains of Star Wars. When he was introduced as the main villain of Timothy Zahn's novel trilogy in the early 1990s, he left quite an impression on many readers. He appeared in later books, as well as the more recent canonical books by Zahn that have tied into the animated series Star Wars Rebels. Oh, and he appeared in Star Wars Rebels as well, acting as the main villain during seasons 3 and 4. At the end of that series, Thrawn was taken to parts unknown, thanks to Ezra getting help from the purrgil (space whales). More recently, Thrawn was name-dropped in The Mandalorian episode "The Jedi," in which Ahsoka Tano appears and asks where Thrawn is. This seems to tease that he will play a major role in the upcoming Ahsoka series.

Why Red Kyber Crystals Are So Dangerous To Obtain
One of the most mysterious and amazing enigmas in the Star Wars universe is for sure the Kyber crystals. As you may know, Kyber crystals are the heart of a lightsaber, and what gives the saber its power and color. In Star Wars Legends, lightsabers got their color from all different sorts of gems and crystals, yet Sith used synthetic crystals for their red sabers.

Bob Chapek Chimes In On Gina Carano's Firing
When Gina Carano got removed from The Mandalorian, this lit up another dumpster-fire in a fan community that has already been divided for the last several years. Much has been said about this matter in recent weeks, with Carano claiming that she has been bullied and only learning about her firing from social media.

An Ezra and Thrawn Series *Might* Be In The Works For Disney+
March 5th marked the 3-year anniversary of the thrilling Star Wars Rebels series finale, the last time we've seen young Jedi Ezra Bridger and fan favorite villain Grand Admiral Thrawn onscreen. Carried off into the Unknown Regions by hyperspace-faring creatures, their fate was and continues to largely be a mystery. The finale, while entertaining and satisfying, left the audience with questions galore. Where have they gone? Did they have to put their differences aside to survive a strange uncharted planet? How did they survive the vacuum of space with the bridge of the Chimera breached? Many Star Wars fans expected these questions to be answered in the Ahsoka or Rangers of the New Republic shows coming to Disney+.

Bob Chapek Unveils Kathleen Kennedy's Fate At Lucasfilm
Since the release of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, Kathleen Kennedy has received very mixed opinions from the fans. The fans of the sequel trilogy love her and think she is taking Star Wars to the next level, yet some fans of the prequel and original trilogy, absolutely despise her, and believe she has ruined Star Wars for them. Since Lucasfilm was purchased by The Walt Disney Company in 2012, they have received major criticism from some fans citing Kennedy’s creative decisions as what to blame.

Bo-Katan Actress Chimes In On Possibility Of Mandalorian Spinoff Series
The arrival of Bo-Katan Kryze in The Mandalorian was one of the things about season 2 that was generally well received. It helped that she was portrayed by Katee Sackhoff, who voiced the character in The Clone Wars and Rebels and looks enough like her. (Or perhaps, rather, the character looks a lot like her, as it is not unheard of for animated characters to be modeled after their voice actors.) Throughout the two animated shows, fans saw her connections to other Mandalorians and how she plays into the journey of the Darksaber, which later appeared in the live-action series in the hands of Moff Gideon. Season 2 left matters of the Darksaber on a cliffhanger note, leading to speculation from fans that Din Djarin may have to go up against Bo-Katan as they deal with matters that may pertain more to Mandalore.

Daisy Ridley's Response To Rey's Abilities Being Compared To Baby Yoda's
Since Disney obtained the Star Wars license, they have been putting their new characters front and center (for the most part) over the popular characters of the series' past. Their protagonists, for better or for worse, always tend to draw strong emotions from the fan base. The two seemingly mentioned the most these days happen to be Rey and Grogu, the latter often nicknamed 'Baby Yoda' by fans. There doesn't seem to be much connecting the two on the surface, but some fans have given a deeper look to draw some comparisons to the two Force users. It seems that, beneath it all, there is some overlap, and now even Daisy Ridley herself has commented on the comparisons being done.

Ahsoka Reported To Appear In 'Star Wars: Andor' Series
For some time now, Disney+’s original series Andor has been shrouded in mystery since its announcement. One of the things that we have been certain about for a long time now is that Diego Luna is returning to reprise his role as Cassian Andor. Amidst the mystery, there have been rumors, such as that Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi could be making an appearance in the upcoming Andor series. If this particular report is true, then it could mean seeing another great Kenobi moment after Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. How or why are questions all fans are asking. Many fans suspect that Kenobi will cross paths with Cassian, thanks to Senator Bail Organa. Senator Organa is one of the leaders of the Rebellion, and is good friends with Obi-Wan, so it would make sense to connect Kenobi’s cameo to Senator Organa.
