Over the course of two seasons, the series became engraved in pop culture in discussions, memes, and opinionated blogs about Mando and Grogu (aka "Baby Yoda"). Deep Dive Into The Darkest Episodes Of 'The Clone Wars '
On July 19, 2018, at San Diego Comic-Con, Dave Filoni, supervising director of The Clone Wars, announced that the beloved and Emmy Award-winning show would return for a final season. To the delight of Star Wars fans everywhere, the final arcs of the show would finally see the light of day after being shelved as part of the Disney buyout. These episodes, some of the last Star Wars stories that George Lucas himself helped tell, are regarded as some of the best episodes of the show, the first arc even spawning The Bad Batch spinoff. The final four episodes of the show, culminating the prequel era alongside Revenge of the Sith, are layered with intense action, a thrilling score, poignant thematic elements, and heart-wrenching emotional moments; a recipe for exceptional Star Wars. The final arc of The Clone Wars, often referred to as The Siege of Mandalore, consists of the episodes "Old Friends Not Forgotten," "The Phantom Apprentice," "Shattered," and "Victory and Death." It is the crown jewel of the Star Wars animated library.

Genndy Tartakovsky’s Animated 'Clone Wars' Series Is Headed To Disney+
In its effort to bring every single little piece of Star Wars media under its wing, the animated Clone Wars series from the legendary animator behind such beloved series as Samurai Jack, Dexter's Lab, and the brutal Adult Swim show Primal is being added. Said animator, Genndy Tartakovsky, created his version of the show starting in 2003, and it was well-received by both critics and audiences during its three season run. The animation was unique, but overall fairly charming. The popularity of the shorts helped lay the groundwork for the seven seasons of the The Clone Wars 3D-animated TV show that was equally well received.

Someone Recreated The Last Scene From 'The Clone Wars' In Unreal Engine
The creativity of fans for what they love is amazing. What may be even more amazing is when fans take their love and find cool new ways to represent it. Star Wars fans are no exception. Some of these fans also appear to have an affinity for Epic's Unreal Engine. A group of loyal fans have remade the ending scenes of The Clone Wars in Unreal Engine IV. We have seen people remake several games using the various iterations of the Unreal Engine, and they do keep getting more impressive. That is not to say that the original scenes of The Clone Wars look bad, which they don't, but it is interesting to see how they look in this game engine.

This Deleted Scene Completely Changes ROTJ
Return of the Jedi had a big task in wrapping up the original Star Wars trilogy, and as such was full of scenes that didn't make the cut. Return of the Jedi is still a classic movie that does an excellent job of wrapping up the story that first sent us to a galaxy far, far away, but this one scene left on the cutting room floor actually helped make even more sense of the opening and even the ending of the film.

Did Mena Massoud Just Tease Possible 'Star Wars' Casting?
Some may recognize Mena Massoud as the actor who played the titular character in the 2019 live-action remake of Disney's Aladdin. Not too long ago, about a month ago, the Egyptian-born Canadian actor was reported by Kessel Run Transmissions to be portraying Ezra Bridger in the near future, presumably in the live-action Ahsoka series since Ahsoka Tano is looking for Grand Admiral Thrawn when we last see her in The Mandalorian. Viewers of the 3D-animated series Star Wars Rebels will remember that Ezra disappeared with Grand Admiral Thrawn, as the purrgil (space whales) summoned by Ezra take the ship on which they are to parts unknown. For three years, their whereabouts have been a mystery, and fans have been aching for answers.

Darksiders Who Turned Away From The Dark Side
The Jedi and Sith have a long history as adversaries at best and enemies in war at worst. One fighting for the light and the other a harbinger of darkness. We have heard numerous stories of proud Jedi warriors and wise masters falling to the darkness, becoming Sith or other sorts of darksiders. However, we don't hear a lot about those on the dark side being shown the light and renouncing their dark ways. It may not be as frequent as the former, but it has happened a lot in the Star Wars lore. Several darksiders have fought through the darkness to redeem themselves and become great Jedi.

This 'Star Wars' Main Character's Homeworld Is A Tribute To Jon Stewart
In the Star Wars universe, there are so many worlds to visit, and so many characters that come from these amazing and original worlds. For example, Maul is from the dark and haunting world of Dathomir, Anakin is from the dunes of Tatooine, and Padme is from the elegant and beautiful planet of Naboo which, funny enough, is also the home of Emperor Palpatine.

What Colin Trevorrow's 'Episode IX' Could Have Looked Like
Like most of Disney’s Star Wars movies, the production of Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker went through a lot of drama. At D23 in August of 2015, Disney presented Colin Trevorrow (who back in 2012 had been rumored to head the production of Episode VII) as the director for the then untitled Episode IX. He had this role for a little over two years until September of 2017, when he got fired. As usual, there was no official reason given for this move, but there were whispers of Trevorrow’s ego getting way too big after the success of Jurassic World and that he was not an easy man to work with.
