Goodbye, 2020
Dear 2021, I don't expect you to clean up the mess that 2020 has left behind. I'm not sure that it's a mess able to be fully cleaned. The negativity and events in 2020 are bleeding through into 2021 already, but we know or should have known that the shift into a new year doesn't erase the events of the previous year.

Will it Meatball?
Maybe you've decided to eat less meat. Maybe you've been told that you need less red meat in your diet. Or you need less cholesterol in your diet. There are a lot of reasons that you might be looking into meat alternatives and how to cook with them. Luckily, there's been an influx in plant-based meat alternatives and animal product substitutes recently, and they aren't priced to the point that it isn't worth trying them.

A Conscientious Christmas
The holiday season is full of warmth, but also a lot of stressors in multiple aspects of our lives. It feels like this time of year always brings with it an inevitable draining of our wallets and the purchase of items that will ultimately go to waste. Excess food and drink. Extra wrapping scraps. Gifts that get used for maybe a week and end up in the back of a closet or settled on a forgotten shelf.
