In case you haven't noticed even though it's 2019, the majority of store-bought cakes or cupcakes are filled with preservatives such as propylene glycol which can cause many health problems if you consume too much of it. Also, store-bought cakes are normally dry and tough with some even tasting as if they've been in the fridge for too long because of there very cold and firm. If you're new to my stories on vocal I mainly promote home baking that can be cost-effective and can also be enjoyable too. I'm also going to start introducing healthy recipes for baking and cooking. Many of these recipes will consist of low carbohydrate meals, and little or no sugar tray bakes and cakes. Here now and then there will be some recipes that will particular be unhealthy such as these delicious cookies and cream cupcakes but everyone needs to enjoy a little sugar every once in a while. How to Make Cranberry and Chocolate Granola Bars
Surprisingly enough, granola bars are one of the easiest recipes I've ever baked. I always thought cupcakes and cookies were the simplest recipes to make. As I am always looking for new baked goods to be created, I never thought of granola bars being a homemade recipe that could be made in just half an hour. The best part is I don't feel too guilty craving them, all to myself, throughout the week—unlike my recipe for white chocolate and blueberry cookies. This is because the granola bars mainly consist of old fashioned oats and almonds that provide you with the essential fats we need. The bars also have light brown sugar, which can be excluded if you're completely cutting out added sugar this January for a fresh new start to the new year. This will then only contain the natural sugars from the honey that won't harm your body. This recipe also contains almonds, which can easily be removed from the recipe if you or someone you know suffers from a nut allergy. If you're not a fan of either cranberries or chocolate chips then you easily substitute these ingredients for sunflower seeds, blueberries, or just leave out the additional ingredients.

Instagram is the best marketing tool to develop your brand and to reach out to a wider audience. By being constantly active and giving your followers an insight of who you are through Instagram stories there is no better social media platform to develop your brand image whether you're a blogger, public figure or Youtuber. Within the last two months my Instagram following grew by 64 percent due to my on-going activity and frequent content publishing. However posting pictures from famous cafes and restaurants in London of my meals is what drew in my followers. When I first started Instagram two years ago, my inspiration was to have a profile of the best meals in London by posting pictures of my meals. Still to this day my inspiration remains the same but with a different take to it. I want to showcase the best food photography within London's most iconic place such as Waldorf and the Ritz and make London the place to be for all my international followers. Now to do this, I thought you needed a professional camera that cost over £1000 but all I needed was Instagram filters. My my phone has a low quality camera with terrible pixels when you zoom in and out. But Instagram filters saved my Instagram following from 32 profile visits to 340 a week. All I needed to do was to take the photos at the perfect angle then rely on Instagram to do the rest. So here are a few tips into how to take the perfect meal photos to generate new followers.
White Chocolate and Blueberry Cookies
White chocolate and blueberry cookies, anyone? A delicious taste of a sweet berry goes well with white chocolate that can be enjoyed anytime of the day with hot chocolate or coffee for the upcoming winter months. Just picture yourself sitting by the fire, enjoying hot coco and these scrumptious cookies with the Christmas lights up on display in your living room. The ideal Christmas setting can easily be done with the smell of cookies baking in the oven.

We're bringing your taste buds back to basics with the taste chocolate combined with coffee. There's nothing better than a rich chocolate sensation in your mouth exquisitely combined with coffee to make your day even more special. This recipe is surprisingly easy to make even though there is quite of a lot ingredients. But don't worry all ingredients for my recipes are affordable so I'm not asking you to break the bank. You only need 100g of dark chocolate for the pure richness of the chocolate and instant coffee to get the taste melting in your mouth. The best part is you can use different coffee flavours if you love a particular kind of coffee such as cappuccino, latte and espresso. So there's no need to buy fresh organic coffee beans $14/£12 for 250g. So why not give this recipe try? You will be delighted to treat yourself at the end of the working day with chocolate and coffee creamed with delicious frosting.
Rose Water and Berry Loaf
Honesty one of the best cakes I've ever made! This is my first time using rose water for food flavoring and I must say I am very impressed by this ingredient. Just 2 tablespoons of rose water really gives the cake the wow-factor. It's also not hard to find in supermarkets, which makes life more easier. This recipe consists of raspberry in the loaf along with blueberries at the top to make it seem as if you eating something healthy (Don't we all wish that all cakes could be healthy). For this recipe you will need a medium sized loaf tin with baking paper to make it easier for you to take the loaf out of the tin. You will also need to grease the sides of the tin with butter so the loaf can simply come out when ready to be served.
How to Make Mixed Berry Tea Cupcakes
Ever heard of Mixed Berry Tea Cupcakes? Well we all come across something new everyday. Mixed Berry Tea Cupcakes are my own creation and consist of a very sweet Tea flavor that is incorporated into both the sponge and the frosting. These cupcakes are delicious and scrumptious at the same time and will leave you tempted into wanting some more. These freshly baked cupcakes are also perfect for special occasions such as baby showers or birthday parties as the frosting is naturally purple so it can tie in well with the themed occasion. So there is no need for food coloring. This recipe makes 10-12 cupcakes but you can double the quantity needed for the ingredients to make 20-24 cupcakes.
