Welcome to Broadstairs
Broadstairs. A stunning seaside town with beautiful beaches and medieval sites dating back to the 17th century which contributes to the town's tourism. The town itself imitates the streets that you would normally find in Italy or the South of France along the mediterranean sea with restaurants that offer alfresco dining and little boutique shops selling domestically made, handcrafted products. The air is very clean and the sea is a picturesque blue which is rare to find along the english coastline. No rubbish along the beaches, no loud events that would keep you up at night, and no sought of unusual crime that will have people in fear. More a less, this is the type of town where you would go for a quick getaway to leave all your troubles behind. Haha, that's what I thought until I went there for a day trip.
Style Variety: The Secret Project
Why have I always felt the pressure to try and fit in with the modern day social society? Following the latest fashion trends, knowing all the celebrity gossip, keeping up with those trap songs that everyone seems to love, and trying to speak the most frequently used slang words. I just can't do it. As a teenager or for someone in their early twenties, there will always be some sort of expectation on how you must know all about the latest music and fashion trends that everyone's talking about.
Catchphrase With Cameron
Intro I was online multi-dating for three months and grew a strong connection with two men, Jonathan and Cameron. Both showered me with warmth and tenderness through video chats and messages but also gave me the strength and courage to push on forward during the hardship of the pandemic.
Mind-Cation: Soothing Music From Around The World
Your alarm wakes you up at 5am and you've realised it's Monday. What's going through your mind are thoughts of exhaustion and misery as your dreading the long day at the office. You then decide to lie in bed for another fifteen minutes but that little time of extra sleep turns into an hour. All of a sudden your running late to work and all the trains have been delayed due to signalling problems. So you have no other option but to take an expensive taxi ride to work, but your still going to be late. Fast Forward to the end of the day, your boss gave you a hard time because you came in late, then all your coworkers bombarded you with extra tasks that needed to be completed. On top of all of that you found out that your recent job application was declined for your ideal workplace.
Let's Play True Or False
Welcome to true or false, random facts edition! I'm sure you already know how the game works so I'm not going to explain the rules. To spice things up, were going to turn this into a competition. There are 12 random facts that are either true or false, each true or false scenario you answer correctly will earn you a point. In order to be a winner of the game you must score 13 out of 13. Not eleven or twelve, thirteen. Sounds easy? Will see about that.
Diary Of A Lazy Kid
Dear Journal, It's March! I can't believe we've spent one year in this pandemic but we're surviving. Despite winter being an absolute pain due to the second lockdown, I'm getting back on track to how I used to be. Fun, free-spirited and productive person.
All I ever wanted was designer clothes. Every morning I write in my little black notebook of all the designer items I need from Chanel, Gucci, Dior and Givenchy so I can keep up with all the celebrity trends. Steven, once told me to write down everything you want onto piece of paper then one day it will come true. So that's what I've been doing.
How To Stop A Stutter
It's not easy having your name called in the classroom to read out loud when you know your about to stutter through the next paragraph. It's also not easy being ignored by someone to have a conversation with as they know your going to stutter through a sentence. This has been my reality for many years and I never imagined what life could be like without having a stutter, only because I thought it would be something I could never get rid of.
