To Chloe x Halle, Riley and Jojo
I discovered 73 new artists, listened to 63 different genres of music, added 101 new songs to my playlist, and downloaded 37 new albums to my Spotify library. But only three artists had my eardrums going throughout the last quarter of this year.

Merry Christmas From Your Girl Bethany
To my beloved friends and family, From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for bringing me joy and happiness for the last couple of months despite the heartache that I went through this year. Each and every single one of you has given me so much that cannot thank you enough for just always being there and making me cry of laughter when I needed to. I know most of you have already asked what presents I want for Christmas. But to be honest, all of you have already given me my Christmas present, by just always being there by my side and putting the biggest smile on my face. So this year I ask for nothing in return. I just want each of you to continue to support me in the decisions that I make and for us to keep on making so many memories together that can never be forgotten. I hope you enjoy this small virtual gift and don't be offended if I caught you out. Haha!

The Unheard World of South America
So how are your travel plans going for this year so far? I'm pretty sure I already know your answer without even thinking about it. Let's all face it, we all hate being at home right now and we would all do anything to hop on a flight tomorrow and escape to a place that's not...well home. I'm 90% confident that you wish you were on your holiday from two years ago whether that's in Spain, Italy, Turkey, the US, or even Mexico. Don't worry I feel your pain as well. This year I was planning to go to the Greek island of Zakynthos with two of my best friends. But clearly, that didn't happen, so we were planning on taking a trip there next year summer. However, I took a different approach to my travel destinations over the past three months. I've been watching plenty of travel documentaries and series that capture some of the world's most exquisite and remote regions that are unknown to most people. So I've been asking myself this question "Is there more to travel than swimming by the pool and drinking cocktails underneath a palm tree?".

Just Be Thankful For Being You
A simple task was asked. What are you thankful for? Do you really want to know the first thought that appeared in my mind? Or do you want to know the other thoughts that appeared in my mind after I really thought about this question? I prefer to be 100% authentic when writing so I’m going to share with you my last thankful thought when I heard this question on what I'm thankful for which something that everyone should be more than grateful for.

Workout Those Ears Too!
No more excuses. If you have a great R&B playlist for working out then you have every reason to get out of bed in the morning and work those glutes for that summer body for next year. If you've been paying attention to the news recently there's a possible vaccine for covid-19 that could be available as soon as spring of next year. This could possibly suggest that summer 21 will be happening so we need to be looking our best for those summer nights ahead and those promising beach days that the majority of us sadly missed this year. So we need a great mindset, a positive attitude, the best workout trainers, the cutest gym wear, and of course the most important one of them all, a great R&B playlist to keep you going.

Don't be Fooled by his Cuteness
Bethany, Bethany, Bethany. My beloved owner. She thinks I'm the most innocent dog in the world as my dreamy chihuahua eyes and high pitch crying makes her believe that I'm a very well-behaved dog. That's the one thing I'm very grateful for being a chihuahua. Everyone thinks I'm super cute. I love it! If I'm super cute it means that no one will think I'm guilty when I transform the house into a reckless dog pound where the music is turned up on full volume, and the five strays in my neighborhood come around for some dog weed.

Study and Listen
Lets hit the books! But do it with a beat. Ok.. studying is not my favorite term. Two years ago, I wrote my very first vocal article titled "Why I can't stand education anymore" which surprisingly has been my most read article to this date. But during that time, I hated studying so much. Only because I wasn't passionate enough about the courses that was I taking and simply didn't choose the right career path for me. Fast forward two years later, I'm finally doing a course that I love (french patisserie) that does require me to do a lot of studying around the topics given. I've been doing this course for three weeks now, which means I've done quite a few study sessions on my days off and I have to say I've noticed I'm more focused and empowered whilst studying if I have a good playlist with a mix of motivational songs that are followed by songs with a good beat that can be good distraction whilst taking a break. So I'm about to share with you my top songs to listen to before studying a session and during your study break. Don't get me wrong, all these songs listed below gets me in the mood to study throughout the day but there are three particular songs in both of the categories that I must listen to for a study session as they push me forward to get me to the final result and what I'm working towards in the end. So are you ready for my brain power playlist? I also highly recommend that you try listening to these songs during your study session if you have R&B/ hip-pop taste and our into the late 1990s and early 2000"s and some of these songs stated below are from these musical era's. They also might keep your going during your study days.

Calling All Colors and More
If it wasn't for lock down, I would never have thought about what I really wanted dream home to look like. It's pretty clear that after 3-4 months in lock down, we would all do anything to get out of the house and see something different for a change rather than your four bedroom walls. Me too! I really appreciate my home now, but throughout the past 3 months I've been scavenging through Pinterest and pinning all my favorite beach house interiors on my different boards. Majority of them are filled color and vibrancy that reflect upon my creativity and personality. But all of the images that I saved are filled with rainbows of pastel furniture and stunning coastal views that you cannot deny as breathtaking. Your probably wondering why I've been looking at beach houses in particular rather than the typical mansion that everyone dreams about. Well first and for most I'm from London, England and if your from the UK or know much about the weather in England, it rains on average 254 days a year here. Another interesting fact is that my Grandma is from Nassau, the Bahamas. I've been there a couple of times and have a few relatives over there that own lavish beach houses within the Lyford Cay area which is situated west of the New Providence Island of the country. So I'm pretty sure by now you can guess into why I'm really fascinated by beach houses. I've always been wanting to own small private beach house that has a wide range a bright colors that compliment each other and the nature around the house. However there are five particular features that I've been looking into that my beach house must have in order for a this beach house to be my dream home. Obviously, these five features that I'm about to share with you will eventually become a reality. Just give me two years and on this day in 2022 I will be here giving you a virtual tour of my dream house with all these five features. I promise.

High Protein Salad with Salmon
Let's be honest. No one has time to make a gourmet meal just to feed yourself, especially on weekdays. As I'm a baker it does get hard for me not to go out on carbohydrates and sugar all the time as I need to taste what I'm baking in order for me to make the best cakes that I can offer. So from time to time, I do need to watch I'm eating and keep a balance between the sugar and the carbs with vitamins and high protein meals. That why I'm letting all you lovely readers know about my quick 15 minute salad with salmon meal, so you can keep those vitamins and high proteins running through your system.
