The Pause Between Action and Cut

Acting:

The art of temporarily living or performing or indulging into another character either fictional or non fictional

The pause between action and cut shows the emotions, whether its full of joy or a sign of grief or pain whatever the sentiment just playing with it are known as actors, Sometime the pause is emotionless its time that an actor playing with time at the same time with emotion too by controlling it to give audience a suspicious feeling and that unsavory attitude give thriller and chills to audience.

The performer whose performing that character,.. lives within it. Constantly living in that character whose outside and inside structure is made by someone else is giving not only mental pressure but also challenging you at some point whether you are identical to it or not, Here starts a rough patch in life of an actor where he/she trying to balancing out situation and temperament.

Intermission :

Interval is the middle part of that play where audience thought situation is in hand or not but not remain for so long. I think connecting with viewers on an intense level shows that a writer of this plays is knowledgeable but its not the end or we can say the conclusion of the play.

Pauses:

The Ellipses and pauses show the response, Everyone suffers anxiety and develops strategies to deal with it. When anxiety is adequately handled, we operate better and feel happier. However, when anxiety is treated in methods that reduce awareness of our feelings but not the sensations themselves, we lose the guiding of our emotions.

An actor playing different role have a great impact on his/her life in terms of playing with emotions. As our worry increases, actors are more likely to fall into habits that blind their emotions. This psychological adaption really alters the anatomy of the brain. Our frontal cortex ("higher brain") develops the habit of blocking our limbic system ("emotional brain"). Without a balance that takes use of both our ability to reason and reflect, as well as the capacity for emotional experience, Actors possibility to live complete, rich, and connected lives is compromised in some cases.

Glitches:

Glitches is the malfunction of the equipment from where actors have to restart the game of acting it means restart to play with emotions.

Psychological Challenge:

Actors focus on you as a person to determine which part best suits on him/her, so that when actors go for an audition, they may easily dress as any character. With such tactics, they ensure that they become an overall expert in your specific field.

This is also a part of Method Acting. Timing is a big challenge in the industry and the reason why many movies are unknown. An Actor needs to develop chemistry and other qualities with other character or a person.

These are main Psychological challenge for an actor to perform and also maintain balance in personal and social life.

Improvisation:
