Grass with Poti

It was a great morning. The sky was bright and the sun was warm. The grass awoke from its slumber and was yawning, her mother came into her room and pulled the curtains and opened the windows wide. Fresh air filled the room. He placed a kiss on Grass's cheek and began to carry the eggs to the table. Breakfast was Çimen's favorite meal. They ate the pastries and eggs with pleasure. He was very excited to go to the park with his mother today and see the puppy he feeds every day. The beautiful Grass had named the little dog Pöti. Although he offered to bring his mother home and feed him every time, his mother often said, "No, honey, she has a mother too. They live together in the cottage we built. She might be upset if she doesn't see her baby.' Grass was both sad and right for her mother. After combing her silvery hair, they set out with her mother. They started walking with joy. In the meantime, they took the food they were going to give to Pöti with them.

They started walking the park path cheerfully. The road was covered with trees that stretched as far as it could go. Grass loved to inhale the scent of the trees while walking on this road and look at the sky. Grass did not neglect to ask questions about the trees she saw as she walked in singing. She was happy that her mother Çimen loved animals and nature so much. As soon as he saw Pöti Grass, he rushed to his side and tried to climb on his legs. Waving its cute tail, it began to spin around and roll on the ground. Grass loved to feed him. There was a very nice bond between Pöti and Çimen. Grass was sensitive and respectful to all animals, but Pöti was something else. It had brown fur, long ears, a cute tail, and short paws. They ran together, played catching ball. They had fun under the sun. His mother was watching Pöti and Çimen with pleasure. Pöti was tired and went back to his hut and lay down beside his mother.

He wrapped his tail and started to have a good sleep. Grass spent some more time in the park, got on the swing, slid down the slide. It was time to turn. They took his mother's hand and set off. The sky was already starting to turn crimson, Grass was amazed at how colorful the sky was. His mother told Çimen that the sky was colored according to the weather and the time of the day. While walking down the tree-lined path, a brown spotted toy caught Grass' attention in the toy shop under the shade of the cedar tree. He bent down to examine it, then took it in his arms and excitedly began to tell his mother how much he resembled Pöti. His face, tail and short paws were just like Pöti. Grass asked his mother to buy the toy. Her mother did not break it and bought the toy. Grass's favorite friend was also her favorite toy. He named his toy Pöti. He hugged Pöti and made his way home. He changed his clothes as soon as he got home. Washed well with linden scented soap. He drank a hot soup, lay down on his bed, took his favorite toy, Pöti, and covered him. His mother began to read him his favorite fairy tale. Grass's eyelids grew heavier and heavier. He ran from adventure to adventure with Pöti in his dream.
