My Published Amazon Books
I am Seema Patel. I have many self-published books on Amazon KDP. Let me share about them. It's Part 3. 'Haiku Therapy' I love reading haikus. Most people know this form of poetry originated in Japan and are loved for their brevity and serenity. So, I am trying my hand at this form. I often pair my haikus with my art or photography. Sometimes they adhere strictly to the 5–7–5 syllable format; sometimes I exercise flexibility. This collection is a blend of many of my interests. Art is my daily antidepressant. This hobby keeps me safe from chaos of daily life. I notice flora and fauna by spending ample time exploring nature. Living an immigrant life, nostalgia is inevitable. So, many haikus are inspired from my memories from native land India. There are haikus on tranquility and garden as well. There are also a few English Spanish bilingual haikus. Creativity does not have to follow boundaries. I hope that you will love the book. Thank you for reading. I will appreciate feedback.

Comments – The Sweet Sauce for the Vocal Pie
Every writer has their own reasons for writing. Every story, whether it's poetry, fiction, humour, or fact, has a purpose. We write to share ideas and tell stories, both real and imagined. We express our feelings and can also earn money. I'm sure that's the aim of many people. It’s unlikely you can make a living from writing without lots of talent or a large following. The exception is those who regularly win in competitions.

Social Security
I have been 62 years old for two months now and have received my first social security retirement check. Even with getting these checks I feel like I should still be doing something to supplement these checks. That is one reason I am trying to find other things like the new venture that I am starting. In case you do not read my short kind of drabble entitled 'A New Venture' it's all about me finding a site that allows me to color their images and sell them at a local farmer's market and here to view on Vocal.media.com.

A New Venture
I am starting a new coloring venture, and I am going to share this here for all my fellow creators here on Vocal.media.com. There is a coloring site known as coloringbookfun.com that has many images that range from children to adult coloring pages. I have permission to sell the images that I color at a farmer's market as well as post here on Vocal. I have saved and printed out the email that gives me permission to sell these images at the farmer's market and post here as well. I know here on Vocal you will not be able to buy them, but I am hoping for 'reads' that I will then call 'views' and maybe even comment on them. Just wondering would I put these 'colorings' in the ART community, the Writer's community for there will be a brief paragraph on how maybe these images could be used in other ways. Please share your comments.
