A Day in the Mind of Me
Where to start? Ah, yes, the year was 1885 I was born in a small town in Jupiter's red eye. You'd think that is impossible, but I would say otherwise. You see, the thing is, I'm an alien. My mother is a Martian and my father was born here. Every day, I breathe in the hot noxious gas that would be considered lethal to Earthlings, but it's the only atmosphere I can breathe. I've heard stories of Earth and dream about what it would be like to live there. Everyday, I look through my telescope and see the planet shining like a star in the vast darkness of space. One day, I'll make it there. Until then I will do what I can to invent a breathing apparatus and a mode of transportation to get there. Earth, here I come!
