Paul and John's 47-Words Short Story Unofficial Challenge Results!
Apologies, apologies, apologies! Paul and I have finally extracted ourselves from weeks in virtual confinement in our efforts to judge 53 stellar entries to the 47-word short story unofficial challenge, 54 if you include Harper's 2nd entry (which we did not, sorry Harper, rules may be for chumps, but they are still rules).

Why Simple Talking Photo Videos Are Getting More Attention Online
Short video content has become a major part of the internet. People scroll quickly, and static images often struggle to hold attention for more than a second or two. Because of this, many creators are experimenting with new ways to make ordinary photos feel more interactive.

Helicopter Interior Parts: Enhancing Safety, Comfort, and Operational Functionality. AI-Generated.
When people think about helicopter performance, they often focus on engines, rotor systems, avionics, or aerodynamic design. However, one of the most important aspects of rotorcraft functionality exists inside the cabin itself.

How to Tailor Your Resume to Every Job Posting
Job hunting today can feel like shouting into the void. You send out dozens, sometimes even hundreds, of applications and hear little to nothing back. It is frustrating, exhausting, and can make you question your qualifications. But in many cases, the issue is not your experience. It is your strategy.

Is Anybody Reading Our Vocal Stories Or Do They Just Like The Pictures?
Introduction Three months ago I saw and amazing photograph of a hill close to where I holiday, shared it in a residents group and it got a lot of likes and a few comments on Facebook. This was the poem:

The Hand That Reached Back
The path was already there, though I could not remember stepping onto it. It opened beneath my feet as if the world had been waiting for me to notice it. Grass leaned softly against my ankles, bright with the kind of green that looks impossible until it is right in front of you. The air was warm, but not heavy. Sunlight poured through the high leaves in broken streams, touching the ground in gold and then disappearing again beneath patches of shade. It was not a field, but it was open like one. It was not a forest, but it breathed like one. The place refused to be only one thing. It stretched wide enough to run and deep enough to get lost. It gave room to laugh, but kept secrets between the trees.

Invitation to Post on My Bulletin Board for Writers
Writers are invited to post links to their articles on my Bulletin Board for Writers with no strings attached. I have been an online writer for over two decades and have written for several sites over the years. Writing is my full-time job. To earn an income, I need readers. Therefore, I post links to all my articles on a bulletin board on Facebook that I created. The board is not only for my own articles but also for other writers who wish to post their links.

Graduation
Well, here we are in the middle of the month of May and the fun that some may have while the Senior classes are studying for their final 'Final' exams and preparing for prom, maybe a senior trip and that one last dance that some schools call a Senior/Dinner dance where the senior class gather somewhere and maybe remember their younger days. I remember my senior year and some of the activities ranged from senior dress-up day to senior slop day to senior skip day and a few other special days like the annual and final Awards assembly when the Senior class passes down a special item of sorts to the incoming Senior class. In between all these days the seniors were sending and getting acceptance or refusal letters from various colleges after filling out college applications and even some still taking college aptitude exams.

Saving Grace
I found this community last July, during a very difficult time. I had only begun writing again in March, and in June, catastrophe struck, taking my audience of one away from me. I had just found my voice again, and I found a self-publishing poetry challenge on Facebook and did it. Pomegranates was the result.

The Winners of the "Time Travelers Challenge"
Congratulations to all the writers who entered the Time Traveler Challenge. I and the three judges want to sincerely thank every participant for the creativity, imagination, and effort that went into each submission. The range of time periods, voices, and interpretations made this an exceptionally strong and memorable collection of poems. In fact, the judging process was incredibly difficult because so many entries stood out in powerful and unique ways. I knew this would be a hard decision and that's why I choose three judges to determine the winner.
