College basketball is in off-season mode but that doesn't mean we can't look back at the talent that made the 2021-22 season a success. Let's check out some of the women that you may or may not know but should on the hardcourt.

Keiunna Walker - La Tech

La Tech's Keiunna Walker is a 5-6 guard whose career season lifted her squad to the Women's National Invitational Tournament. She averaged career highs with 18.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Walker averaged 25.3 points per game in three Conference USA tournament games. In a quarterfinal win over UAB, she scored 29 points on 55 percent shooting. Walker followed that by beating Middle Tennessee state while leading the Lady Techsters to victory with a 24-point performance while shooting 63.6 percent from the field. The exciting guard from Lonoke, Arkansas posted a triple-double during the season when she recorded 27 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists to go along with five steals in a win against Rice during the regular season.

Jillian Hayes - Cincinnati

A 6-1 guard/forward from Loveland, Ohio, Jillian Hayes was a bit of a stat stuffer for Cincinnati. She scored a season high of 23 points in a win over Central Michigan on 60 percent shooting. It was her first of three performances over 20 points for the season. Hayes had five games with 10 or more rebounds. She matched her high of 11 boards on three occasions. Hayes averaged 2.2 steals per game with her top outing being a seven-steal showing against Marquette. She also scored 11 points with eight rebounds and three assists. Hayes averaged 1.3 blocked shots per game. She started the season with four blocked shots in the season opener against Alabama A&M. Hayes led the team in scoring with 11.5 points per game, rebounds (6.8), steals and blocked shots.

Angel Reese - Maryland (LSU Transfer)

Angel Reese of Maryland proved to be one of the best forwards in the NCAA. During her two seasons at Maryland, the 6-3 native of Baltimore averaged 15.3 points in 47 games where she scored a total of 719 points. Reese posted averages of 17.8 points and 10.6 rebounds last season. Reese started her season with a bang posting four double-doubles in her first five games to go along with three efforts with 21 points or more. She opened the second month of the season with a 26-point, 15-rebound outing in a win over Miami. Reese grabbed a season's best 16 rebounds on two occasions, including a 20-point, 16-rebound night in a victory over Indiana. Behind Reese's play Maryland advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament where Reese closed her career as a Terrapin. She scored 25 points with nine rebounds, three steals and three blocks in a loss to Stanford. She will continue her career at LSU during the 2022-23 season.

Kirsten "KK" Deans - West Virginia (Florida Transfer)

During her three-year career at West Virginia, Kirsten Deans improved every season. She averaged just 5.4 points on 33.3 percent during her freshman season to 14.5 points per game last season with a 40.7 shooting percentage. The 5-8 junior guard from Greensboro, North Carolina, started the season with 18 points and seven steals to start off the season in a win over St. Francis. Deans posted back-to-back 20-point games against Kentucky and Charlotte. She posted a season high 10 assists in a win over Michigan State. Deans' final 20-point game of the season came against Oklahoma State where she made half of her 18 shots. She will continue her collegiate career at Florida during the 2022-23 season.
