As I’m lying here in bed thinking about the New England Patriots and the New Philadelphia Eagles playing in Super Bowl LII, I can’t help but wonder what the Cleveland Browns are up to after pretty much taking a whole year off. Are they making moves to get better? Are they deciding on a new head coach? I know I would if I were them, but since I’m not, I’m just left here reading news articles and hoping the best for a team I enjoy next season.

Buffalo Bills Are Poised to Be America's Team
The 2017-2018 season in the NFL was an exciting one for your average Buffalo Bills fan. For your rabid fan, it was probably a bit stressful. But regardless of your perspective, the Buffalo Bills broke their 17-year playoff drought and made it into the "tournament." Western New York was overjoyed.

An Open Letter to Hue Jackson
Well this is awkward. Less than a full calendar year after you promised us we wouldn't repeat the embarrassing record of just one win and 15 losses a season ago, you go out that there and stink it up even worse. I mean, a lot worse.

Grading Every FBS Coaching Hire this Offseason

There was always going to be a mad scramble for the services of Kelly if he decided to come back to the college game. UCLA is the big winner of the sweepstakes and the college football offseason with this hire.

One and Done
A new college football season has nearly come and gone without a familiar face. Bob Stoops shocked college football fans earlier this summer with his retirement. As a fan and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, I felt a few things: sadness, appreciation, but also uneasiness. It is hard to say a program that saw so much success in an almost 20-year period underachieved.

Tennessee Can Do Better than Jon Gruden
Butch Jones had been a dead man walking in Knoxville for some time. Jones’ years of mediocrity followed tenures of Lane Kiffin and Derek Dooley, both of whom did their part to set the Tennessee football program back years as well.
