Donald Trump was permanently banned from Twitter on Friday after years of cultivating his online persona through the popular social media site.

The tech company announced the suspension of his @realDonaldTrump account after his rhetoric served to incite a deadly act of domestic terrorism on Wednesday when his followers stormed the U.S. Capitol building.

Despite being warned that attempts to circumvent the decision would lead to subsequent tweets being deleted, he apparently could not help himself.

He used the governmental @POTUS account to peddle more of his unfounded conspiracies, but the post was quickly deleted by Twitter moderators.

While the tweet was available, however, reporters took notice -- and screenshots were shared widely online.

“As I have been saying for a long time, Twitter has gone further and further in banning free speech, and tonight, Twitter employees have coordinated with the Democrats and the Radical Left in removing my account from their platform, to silence me — and YOU, the 75,000,000 great patriots who voted for me," he opined.

Trump went on to gripe about a federal law that shields social media platforms from liability based on the content posted thereon.

"Twitter may be a private company, but without the government's gift of Section 230 they would not exist for long," he claimed.

The former reality TV host and soon-to-be-ex-president continued his complaint by insisting that he “predicted” this outcome.

“We have been negotiating with various other sites, and will have a big announcement soon, while we also look at the possibilities of building out our own platform in the near future," he wrote. "We will not be SILENCED!"

A Twitter spokesperson was clear in confirming that the six-time bankrupted businessman will no longer have a forum to spew his filth to tens of millions of sycophantic followers.

"As stated in our ban evasion policy, if it is clear that another account is being used for the purposes of evading a ban, it is also subject to suspension," the source explained. "For government accounts, such as @POTUS and @WhiteHouse, we will not suspend those accounts but will take action to limit their use."

His profiles were similarly banned indefinitely on various other sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Even Shopify announced that it would no longer

A Trump-related forum on the popular website Reddit has also been disabled, according to a company spokesperson.

Twitter explained in its statement that Trump’s incendiary posts “must be read in the context of broader events in the country and the ways in which the President’s statements can be mobilized by different audiences, including to incite violence, as well as in the context of the pattern of behavior from this account in recent weeks.”

Furthermore, the company noted: "After assessing the language in these Tweets against our Glorification of Violence policy, we have determined that these Tweets are in violation of the Glorification of Violence Policy and the user @realDonaldTrump should be immediately permanently suspended from the service.”

Reports indicated that the already petulant 74-year-old grandfather grew even more despondent upon losing access to the Big Tech bullhorn through which he has amplified his lies and insults since well before he landed in the White House four years ago.

As one Trump administration official explained to Politico: “I don’t want the lasting impression of this administration to be what happened at the Capitol. We have a lot of accomplishments of this administration that should be highlighted so that we can leave a good final impression.”

The official noted that Trump is interested in conducting a “last farewell interview” but remained uncertain “if they’re going to come to fruition.”
