BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
• 2 racks of pork ribs
• 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
• 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
4. Grill the ribs for about 30 minutes, flipping and brushing with additional sauce every 10 minutes.
5. Once the ribs are cooked through, remove them from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the chicken breasts with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
4. Grill the chicken breasts for about 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
5. Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
BBQ Pulled Pork
Ingredients
• 4-5 lb boneless pork shoulder
• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to low heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, tomato paste, paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the pork shoulder in a large baking dish and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it.
4. Cover the dish with foil and place it on the grill. Cook for 8-10 hours or until the pork is tender and pulls apart easily.
5. Remove the pork from the grill and use two forks to shred the meat.
6. Serve the pulled pork on buns and top with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
BBQ Beef Brisket
Ingredients
• 4-5 lb beef brisket
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to low heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the beef brisket in a large baking dish and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over it.
4. Cover the dish with foil and place it on the grill. Cook for 8-10 hours or until the beef is tender and pulls apart easily.
5. Remove the beef from the grill and use two forks to shred the meat.
6. Serve the beef brisket on buns and top with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
BBQ Pork Tenderloin:
Ingredients
• 2 pork tenderloins
• 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the pork tenderloins with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
4. Grill the pork tenderloins for about 15-20 minutes, flipping and brushing with additional sauce every 5 minutes.
5. Once the pork is cooked through, remove it from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
BBQ Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
• 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tsp of paprika
• 1 tsp of dried oregano
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and brush with the marinade.
4. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
5. Serve the shrimp skewers hot and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs if desired.
