The London Symphony Orchestra plays! The music of Xumi in Original God seeks innovation in cultural exploration

Miha You's original music team HOYO-MiX released "Original God" Xumi OST "The Forest of Wisdom and Wisdom". The album is divided into four sub-discs, namely, The Residence of Hidden Leaves, the Linze of Secret Dwelling, the Circulation of Life and Death, Zhenru, and the Battle of Xumi, with a total of 100 songs composed by the HOYO-MiX music team for the Original God in Xumi region.

Music is an important part of "Original God". From Mond, Harizuki, Inami to Sumya, "Original God" has been advancing on the road of world music exploration. Along with the traveler's in-depth exploration, the original God's music continues to promote the development of the plot, providing the player with an immersive virtual world experience. On October 23, the documentary "Traveler's Reverie -- Behind the Scenes of the Original God's Xumi Music" was released, telling the story of the HOYO-MiX team in the creation of the Original God's Xumi music. CAI Jinhan, the music director of Mihayou and the principal of HOYO-MiX, said that he hoped to keep up with the dynamic changes of the world's aesthetics, integrate the Chinese language sense and aesthetics into the standards of different cultural regions, and create world music with the characteristics of Yuanshen.

In order to show the characteristics of Xumi on the musical level, the HOYO-MiX team uses highly ethnic instruments to play non-traditional music. For example, in the desert scene in Xumi and the Chiwang Mausoleum scene, the production team used musical modes and arrangements from Middle Eastern countries such as Ney, Duduk and Saz. Through the use of ethnic Musical Instruments, the HOYO-MiX team hopes to show the ancient "wisdom" full of epic sense.

Chen Zhiyi, the music producer of Original God, mentioned in the documentary that the music group has been brewing for three years in order to create as good music as possible in Xumi. In fact, it is not easy to get national instruments to play non-traditional music. For example, the sitar, a classical Indian instrument, is not widely known that the player can play only one of the 28 strings. The other 27 strings vibrate naturally under the main string. However, thanks to the efforts of the production team, traditional instruments from different cultural regions are put together by imagination.

Besides exciting players with his music, the orchestra has a lot going for it. The London Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1904, is the oldest surviving symphony orchestra in London, and the BBC Symphony Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra, which represent the highest level of performing groups in the United Kingdom, but also one of the top symphony orchestras in the world.
