Me vs DWP!

My personal medical details about myself on social media.

.

Today I have a Personal Health Assessment by phone.

To justify my DWP benefits and to some extent my own existence.

I have NO faith, at all. of a fair assessment.

I believe it will be another PIP farce with an automatic pre-decided “NO”.

Because they know I will not have the mental strength to appeal!

I am an easy number to discount so the dodgy outsourced company can get their bonuses!

So, here for ALL to see, are the facts of my so-called “Condition”

.

.

Work Capability Assessment

PART 1

.

.

Activity 6: Making self-understood through speaking, writing, typing, or other means normally used, unaided by another person

Descriptor:

.

(c) Has some difficulty conveying a simple message to strangers.

6 Points

.

NOTE:

If in handwriting,

Then my handwriting is totally illegible

To the extent that I cannot function using any form of text that is not typed!

.

.

Activity 10: Consciousness during waking moments

(b) At least once a month, has an involuntary episode of lost or altered consciousness resulting in significantly disrupted awareness or concentration.

6 Points

.

Note

Happening two to three times a month on average.

Each “Attack” can typically last for 2 to 6 days at a time.

The onset of mental instability causes the effects described in actions 12,13,17

This manifest as cold rage and/or crippling depression.

Mild hallucinations (hearing the phone ring or the door knock upon when there is none. An imagined taste of blood in the mouth.)

A desire to harm others with a paranoid and hyper-awareness of any possible (although very unlikely) threats of physical attack.

A nihilistic misanthropic outlook and a seething hatred for all life.

A loss of personal self-preservation instinct, including common sense, and a total disregard for all social norms and conventional morality.

Little or no sleep.

What little sleep is managed is disturbed by intense horrific nightmares.

.

.

Activity 12: Awareness of everyday hazards (such as boiling water or sharp objects)

Descriptor:

.

(c) Reduced awareness of everyday hazards leads to a significant risk of:

(i) injury to self or others; or (ii) damage to property or possessions such that they occasionally require supervision to maintain safety.

6 Points

.

NOTE:

But only during periods of mental illness

.

.

Activity 13: Initiating and completing personal action (which means planning, organisation, problem-solving, prioritising, or switching tasks)

Descriptor:

.

(c) Frequently cannot, due to impaired mental function, reliably initiate or complete at least 2 personal actions.

6 Points

.

NOTE:

But only during periods of mental illness

.

.

Activity 17: Appropriateness of behaviour with other people, due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder

Descriptor:

.

(c) Occasionally has uncontrollable episodes of aggressive or disinhibited behaviour that would be unreasonable in any workplace.

9 Points

.

NOTE:

But only during periods of mental illness

.

.

Activity 16: Coping with social engagement due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder

Descriptor:

.

(c) Engagement in social contact with someone unfamiliar to the claimant is not possible for the majority of the time due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the individual.

6 Points

.

Note

Being forced into such contact can cause an onset of mental instability which causes the effects described in actions 12,13,17

.

.

Assessment of whether a claimant has limited capability for work-related activity

Part 2

.

.

Activity 10: Awareness of hazard

Descriptors:

Reduced awareness of everyday hazards, due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder, leads to a significant risk of:

(a) injury to self or others; or

(b) damage to property or possessions such that they require supervision for the majority of the time to maintain safety.

.

NOTE:

But only during periods of mental illness

.

.

Activity 11: Initiating and completing personal action (which means planning, organisation, problem-solving, prioritising, or switching tasks)

Descriptors:

Cannot, due to impaired mental function, reliably initiate or complete at least two sequential personal actions.

.

NOTE:

But only during periods of mental illness

.

.

Activity 13: Coping with social engagement, due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder

Descriptors:

Engagement in social contact is always precluded due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the individual.

.

Note

Being forced into such contact can cause an onset of mental instability which causes the effects described in actions 10, 11 and 15 of this second part “Assessment of whether a claimant has limited capability for work-related activity”

.

.

Activity 15: Conveying food or drink to the mouth

Descriptors:

(d) Owing to a severe disorder of mood or behaviour, fails to convey food or drink to the claimant's own mouth without receiving:

(ii) regular prompting given by someone else in the claimant's presence.

.

NOTE:

But only during periods of mental illness

.

.

NOW WATCH

Watch the outsourced guns of the DWP assess me by phone and deny my claim anyway.

Because of a policy of political expediency over the needs of all disfranchised individuals.

Despite having 39 points when I only need 15!

Knowing full well that I cannot cope with being able to effectively “Go to Tribunal” and win – BECAUSE of the very illness that THEY will claim I do not have!

Well,

I may NOT have the strength to face a “Tribunal” or "Appeal"

BUT

I also have extraordinarily little sense of embarrassment or personal worth of anyone’s opinions other than mine.

(I do not respect people!)

This lack of the “invisible chains of nonsensical embarrassment” that binds everyone else, gives me the power to do other shit, that others can never do!

Such as Post personal medical details about myself on social media.

So, WHEN my claim IS denied

I can do certain OTHER stuff to make my point known!

.

I have just finished my DWP Health Assessment

I have not the strength to appeal their obviously upcoming "no" decision and they know that.

They know I am too ill to defend myself!

And they take advantage of that.

.

I can not "sign on" due to the same illnesses.

So what does that leave me??

.

All that is left is something extreme...
