Emotions for the Moon

After reading Mr. Zang Zhiqi's poem "Moon Bar", I was infected by its beautiful melody, wonderful mood, and penetrating heart. I then tried to write down a little of my feelings to share with my friends.

Thinking of the Chinese people's emotion for the moon, there is no other country on earth whose people dare to compete with us. A Mid-Autumn Festival, with that full moon in the sky, connects the hearts of Chinese people, how great it is! The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for a family reunion, drinking and enjoying the moon, and eating delicious moon cakes, which foreigners don't have, right?

According to statistics, out of more than 50,000 poems in the Tang Dynasty, more than 10,000 are written about the moon, accounting for one-fifth of all Tang poems. This shows how close the moon is to the Chinese people! No wonder someone has proposed the concept of "Chinese Moon Culture" and conducted an in-depth study of it.

Li Bai called himself a slave to the moon, and of his more than 1,000 poems, he wrote about the moon more than 500 times, accounting for one-half of them. His "Thoughts on a Silent Night," "The light of the bright moon in front of the bed is suspected to be frost on the ground. Looking up at the bright moon, thinking of his hometown" is already a household name, known to women and children. In "Drinking Alone Under the Moon", "A pot of wine among flowers, drinking alone without relatives. Inviting the moon with a glass, the shadow becomes three", it is, even more, to treat the moon as a confidant in one's heart, with the same worry and happiness. We can say that the moon melted into Li Bai's life and was an indispensable part of his life.

Su Shi, a great writer of the Song Dynasty, in his famous "Song of Water Tunes", made the lament "How often is the bright moon, ask the blue sky with wine". He realized the truth that "people are sad and happy, and the moon is full and clear", and expressed his wish that "I wish for a long life and a long life together". The moon is also used as a confidant and spiritual support.

Now let's look at Mr. Zang's "The Moon".

The moon as the moon bar, itself is the perfect combination of real life and romantic feelings. In real life, the bar, talk bar, song bar, Internet bar, and oxygen bar, each user, each in its place. The moon bar, on the other hand, should be a reflection of Mr. Zang's inspiration, for intellectual property rights. The moon bar, communicating the sky with the earth, makes man and nature into harmony. On this basis, the poet and the moon, and nature, are engaged in an equal dialogue: sitting and drinking tea with the moon, speaking from the heart; in the clear light of the moon, let the soul further sublimation; in the romantic sense, the moon becomes a beautiful woman, she understands that the poet also has lonely times, began to tell her own story of the cloudy and clear, as a way to advise the poet to correctly deal with the confusion of life; she told the poet that She tells the poet that as long as he does not dislike her, as long as he has her in his heart, she is the poet's eternal spiritual home.

This is the wonderful "Moon Bar"! The poet's mind, through the dialogue with the moon and nature, is expressed in fresh and fluent verses, as clear as words.

In "Let's Go to the Moon", we see the striking similarity in emotions between the ancients and the present. We see the important place of the moon in the poet's heart. The moon is the bright light in the night, the moon is the poet's lover, and the moon is the poet's eternal spiritual home!

This brings me to the question of the nature of poetry. In essence, poetry is the pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty. Truth is the near-truthful understanding of nature, society, and life. Truth requires the poet to constantly draw on the direct and indirect experience and to repeatedly revise his understanding of the harsh experience of life, to achieve it. The good, with compassionate care for human beings, especially for the weak, soothes the weak and heals the wounded. Beauty is the beauty of form, language, thought, and context. A good poem is one in which truth, goodness, and beauty are expressed appropriately through the linguistic form of poetry.

I also thought about the criteria for judging poetry. The novelty of form, the richness of connotation, and the fluency of expression are the qualities that a good poem must have. "The light of the bright moon in front of the bed is suspected to be the frost on the ground", "Raising a glass to the bright moon, the shadow becomes three people", "May people last long, a thousand miles together", "The bright moon The moon shines on the pine, the clear water flows on the stone", "The moon is born on the sea, the sky is the same at this time", "The spring breeze is green again, when will the moon shine on me again? I send my sorrowful heart to the bright moon, and it follows the wind until the west of the night", "The clear wind and the bright moon are unattended, and it is a cool taste in the south tower. ", "No one knows about the deep forest, but the bright moon comes to shine", "The moon is like a hook on the river at night, sometimes there is a sound of frightened fish throwing waves", "Pity the third night of the ninth month, the dew is like a real pearl and the moon is like a bow ", "The cool moon hangs like an eyebrow in the willow bay, the mountains in the Yue are seen in the mirror", "When I was a child, I did not know the moon, I called it a white jade plate", how fluent, how easy to understand, how intriguing! If you work hard to write a poem that you just understand, how can it be called good poetry?

The poet Zang Kejia said that the highest level of poetry is "simplicity and innocence". Plain, "water out of the hibiscus, natural to decorate" is also; naive, clear, and transparent, with absolutely no impurities are also. Of course, Zang Kejia also said that life is the soil of poetry, and the poet must first be a good person, with a kind heart, who can shed tears for the death of a worm; after the poet's life experience and literary cultivation, his personality reaches the light, his poetry will also begin to shine, and will be close to the simple and naive. This shows how difficult it is to achieve the poetic state of "simplicity and innocence".

I like "The Moon" because I think this poem has almost reached the realm of "simple and innocent" in its pursuit of truth, goodness, and beauty, and the form, connotation, and expression of poetry. The poet uses easy-to-understand colloquial language to express his inner feelings, good wishes, and real emotions, which contains deep meaning in the simplicity and shows seriousness in the relaxation, giving people a strong spiritual infection and resonance.

I also think of the confusion people have about the current poetry scene. Many people are lamenting the decline of poetry and the lack of spiritual pursuit. In the rich and colorful, magnificent reality of life, has the pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty ever stopped for a moment? No! Do people lack the ability to appreciate poetry? No! As an essential form of emotional expression in human life, poetry has its irreplaceable social function. It comes from real life and is higher than real life, so people like good poetry from the bottom of their hearts. For those poems that only write about their feelings and cannot give people the enjoyment of truth, goodness, and beauty, those poems that cannot reach the form of beauty, rich in connotation and easy to understand, and those poems that do not play the social function of soothing the soul, bridging the pain and urging people to advance, there is no need to complain that people do not like them.
