There is such a man.

There is such a man.

A wide-brimmed leather hat with a brown cloak, a cigarette always held sideways, and a six-shot revolver on his waist. He always frowns, narrow and deep eyes to examine and criticize everything, the smoke rings seem to have different meaning.

There is such a man full of gray hair, deep creases in the face, but can not hide his camera when the charm, as well as charming hormones.

He was thoughtful, gentle, gentlemanly, reserved, and understood before he had finished speaking, as if he were on the same page. He is your most perfect soul match in the world, but also a midsummer night's dream beyond hope.

There is such a man.

From the age of 20 to 80, from the prime of his life to the twilight of his life, he shows the transformation of maturity and aging in front of the camera.

Once, he was a character in someone else's movie. Later, he focused on what he wanted to say about his life.

He has a laundry list of accolades, 40 Oscar nominations, 13 statuettes, 32 Golden Globe nominations, eight Golden Globe trophies...

He is a practitioner of time and a time manipulator. Actor, director, producer, composer and political figure, he is a living legend.

Clint Eastwood, now affectionately known as "Old Eastwood."

The lone Ranger in the desert

Kotoki was born in San Francisco on May 31, 1930.

It was the Depression, and as a child, she seemed to be constantly on the move.

But his childhood impression, not rushing, but happy. As he remembers it, "My father was good at reviving troubled factories," and it was my father he admired most.

At that time, East wood and film and television have nothing to do, no one around to do this.

After graduating from Oakland Secondary Technical School, he worked as a steel furnace man, a gas plumber, a gas station man, played piano in a bar, and then did two years of military service.

With a face like that, it's hard to avoid wise counsel. In 1950, at the age of 20, he enrolled in the University of Los Angeles to study acting. As a young boy, he stayed at Universal Pictures after graduation.

But he got few acting opportunities, and even his height, which he had always been proud of, became a reason to pass: at 1.93 meters tall, who would I ask to play a couple with him?

Dongmu is just a contract actor who can be fired at any time.

However, this situation did not discourage him, he still unwilling to linger on the set, asking the crew questions about the film, even if it is only a chance to get a small role.

Guest star as a pharmacist

Hollywood was at a low ebb during the postwar economic recovery. Higashige went on to appear in a number of B-movies, small roles that were plentiful but not enough to make him noticeable.

The lack of money and murky acting career, "a bed shared by a lot of people" and "a producer who didn't understand what a movie was," made him want to give up.

Until one day, a director stopped him on the road and offered him the lead role in his play simply because "he looks like a cowboy."

In 1959, Dongki starred in the TV feature film Whiplash, which gave him his first leading role.

Broad, firm shoulders, full biceps, and a strong shape, a screen full of hormones. Then people began to notice the man whose eyes could talk.

The real twist of fate was his encounter with Leone.

"One day I got a call out of the blue from an Italian director who didn't speak English and wanted me to go to Europe to make a Western," Higashuki recalled.

Sergio Leone and Eastwood

East wood was really "not interested at all" in this film, after reading the script, only gradually accepted the story, think can give it a try.

He went to Italy and made the movie Red Dead Redemption. So there was a classic and unforgettable cowboy in film history, and he truly reached the first peak of his acting career.

We all know the rest of the story, but he went on to play the next two movies, "The Bad Guy" and "The Good, the Bad Guy," to bring the cowboy West to an end.

Even Iron Man's Colonel Rhodes, Don Cheadle, said that when he was 16 years old, he would deliberately imitate Uncle Tonki's look, wearing ox-skin boots, a cowboy hat and a cape to school!

The "Dead Redemption trilogy" made Dongmu the super cowboy hero who replaced John Wayne in the eyes of European audiences.

After him, there seemed to be a universal template for cowboys all over the world: tall, lanky, heavy-shouldered, stone-eyed, taciturn.

Two years after its debut in Europe, the trilogy opens in the United States.

Dongmu became the box office champion overnight! After years of being a walk-on, he finally became a household name in his own country.

After becoming famous, Dongmu did not disappoint people, it is stable and productive.

From 1968 to 1970, East wood appeared in one go "rope" "alone Iron King Kong" "Blood dyed Snow Mountain castle" "Long March Manbao Mountain" "Strong Women" "Strategic battle", and the box office is welcome!

In just three years and seven films, Dongmu sometimes saves his companions and sometimes saves the world, a handsome and capable lone actor who makes people crazy.

But Dongki is legendary for more than just the many heroes he "created" on screen. More importantly, he is a creator.

The iron man and the tender narrator

In the director Don Siegel shooting "Dirty Harry", he because of an accident sick, let the lead actor East wood took over the guide barrel to shoot a scene "suicide attempt".

This chance coincidences, East wood suddenly found: I seem to have a little talent ah!

For Eastwood, before he became a director, it was about being who he was in someone else's frame, about "who I can be"; After that, it's about trying to express your own ideas, "what can I bring to others?"

It's like 1973's The Swingers, which he directed and starred in, the same western, the same cowboy scene, but one that represents his own point of view.

Every plot and bridge in the film expresses Dongmu's struggle against the collective silence.

1992's Unforgiven has been called "the last cowboy movie." Nineteen years after "The Prodigal Son," the 62-year-old is back in his hat and suspenders.

Dongmu won the Oscar for best director, as if to prove to the audience, "Your Dongmu is not old, 62 years old I am still the original cowboy"!

But in the film, without the many gunfights of the past, his character is restrained and pulls out his guns only when he has to.

From fierce to forbearance, from the edge to gradually calm, this is the growth of Dongmu, also the growth of cowboy movies.

Toki can be the protagonist, and he can also be the protagonist's shaper. As a director, he never calls it "on" but starts with a long "yes" and ends with a long "yes".

His rule is "more than three is a pure waste of money", a maximum of three shots! He has said publicly that his actors are excellent and do not need too much intervention.

As an actor, he knows it.

In A Perfect World (1993), Higashige gave the lead role to Kevin Costner and retreated into the background.

But in 1995's The Bridges of Madison County, Dongmu, which makes men passionate, starts to make women crazy.

When this 65-year-old but still charming man choked up and said, "I want you to remember that in a universe full of chaos, such a definite thing can only happen once, no matter how many lifetimes you live, and never again," there was no woman who did not shed tears over this kind of untimely love.

The film sparked a wave of divorces and made people think more seriously about extramarital affairs. Higashiki's film, bit by bit, also becomes soft and deep over time.

In 2005, Million Dollar Baby, which he directed and starred in, won the Academy Awards for best director and Best picture, making him, at 74, the oldest director ever.

As a boxing coach, he's heartbreaking and lonely. He would pray to God at night for the good of his daughter, but he was always alone.

This is very much like Dongmu's real life imperfect marriage and children.

In a career spanning 45 years, Dongki has made 36 films and faced mixed reviews. But when he was nearly ninety, he could look plain.

"I don't care what other people think. People who make movies, they make movies, they show them to the audience, and then they should let the audience decide which one is good or bad. Because I know some people will look back and say, well, the last movie wasn't so bad after all."

The older I get, the more I understand. Maybe I'm talking about Dongmu.

Ninety year old male god

Live to this age, East wood as an actor, film, also played music.

He wrote his own scores for films he directed, including Mystic River, Million Dollar Baby, Flags of My Father, Changeling and Hereafter. "Million Dollar Baby" was nominated for an Academy Award for best original score.

He also served as mayor of the beach town of Carmel, Calif., and led a committee to co-sponsor opposition to tollroads that threatened to destroy natural beaches.

He also spoke as a guest at the Republican National Convention in 2012.

As an actor, he is excellent; As a director, he exceeded expectations; As a citizen, he can also hold his own.

He was like a character straight out of a Western story, full of energy and hormones. And, of course, just as Bohemian as the cowboys.

Having worked his way through Hollywood in the '60s, he had a truckload of love stories like many of the stars of that era.

In 1953, at the age of 23, Higashuki married swimsuit model Maggie Johnson, with whom she had two children. In 1975, Higashi directed and acted in "West Enforcer", and his love affair with the lead actress Sandra Locke, resulting in the breakup of their marriage.

Many years later, old East wood again into the marriage, the bride has not Sandra Lock... In 1996, the 66-year-old married Dina Eastwood, 35 years his junior.

Dongmu and his second wife Dina

But the surprising thing is that in 2013, the 83 - year - old east wood, with 17 years of dina double 叒 divorce again!

According to news sources, he was fed up with Dina showing off in the variety show Mrs. Eastwood. But a source said the split was due to "his affair with the ex-wife of his rumored boyfriend."

If you think this is the love of the prodigal son, then I can only say that you have a picture broken. How rich is his love history? He had four illegitimate children in addition to his three illegitimate children...

Eastwood and bastard Scott Eastwood

According to legend, the four children belong to different mothers, including two actresses, a dancer and a flight attendant. Uncle Tongi's creativity is not just in the field of movies...

When Xiao Dongmu became old Dongmu, his relationship with his children also made a lot of changes. At the premiere of The Mule, Mr. Dongki, with his ex-wife and children together, seems to be making peace with each other.

This is "Old Eastwood" Clint Eastwood, a man who came from his heroic age and became famous and rich, but stubbornly carved his own path instead of following the crowd.

From body to spirit, from screen to reality, age is never a reason for him to stop and slack off.

Even if the wrinkles in his face, even if the energy is fading, but still can not erase the light in his eyes.

Just today, the 89-year-old's latest film, The Mule, which he directed and stars in, just opened.

Similar to Gran Torino, it's all about an old man's struggles in the latter part of his life.

Many loyal fans said it was good to see old Dongmu alive on screen again.

But could this be his last film? No one knows.

Instead of worrying about the countdown, "Enjoy life, like me," as he taught us. Old east wood film, see a is happy.

May the classic be immortal and the legend forever!
