Long Live the adventures of Priscilla queen of the desert
I love this film

Priscilla Queen of the Desert is a great movie and I movie that I like a lot, it is a story about 3 friends and drag queens who set out across the country and desert of Australia in order to put on one epic drag show ever. The movie was made and put out between 1993 and released in 1994. The day that the trio leave for their incredible journey to perform the ultimate drag show the bus that they take one of them christens their bus with a bottle of champagne and name her meaning the bus Priscilla.
One of the queens was once married to a woman and together they had a child and the trio and Priscilla are en route to the one queen’s ex wife who welcomes them with open arms when they arrive and put on a great drag show that they had before rehearsing and practicing for throughout their journey. The Adventures of Queen of the Desert is a great movie from beginning to end and it is accompanied by a great soundtrack to go right along with it. It did take me a while to see the movie all the way through I get to a point in the movie and then things would come up and I would have to start over again.
The one queen who has a son and everyone is opened minded even his son as it should and I like that nobody has a problem. The one queen when out of drag looks like he could be a villain or a bad guy in action movies and actually the actor did go on to those types of roles. One scene they go into a bar at first they’re not welcome but then they win the people over by standing up for themselves and one of the queens actually drinks the touch bar woman under the table. This movie is a classic to the LGBTQ community and for drag queens and drag kings too.
There is a movie along the same lines called “Too Wong Foo Thanks for everything, Julie Newmar” which I have seen before that had been released after this movie came out if I had to choose between the two for me I take this movie the one in which I am writing about now in this article.
