Mental fitness is a critical part of achieving elite fitness and form. As an athlete, I've been exploring how to develop an "indomitable" mentality - a necessity to become a top performer. So, how do the elite develop their mental "hardness"? First, they have clear and ambitious goals. A huge goal can motivate us to give all our energy and enthusiasm. I will set a seemingly impossible but really exciting goal, so that I can work towards the direction of beyond the limit. With this goal, all training is meaningful, and I enjoy the process of going beyond myself in pursuit of this goal. Second, they believe they can succeed. This belief is what drives us forward. I will study the classical works and learn how successful people have made a comeback. Through sharing and communication, I know that if I work hard enough, any goal can be achieved in the end. This success infected me and made me believe that if I keep looking for ways, my dreams will come true. Furthermore, they focus on the process, not the result. The elites know that success often takes a long time to accumulate and focus on the efforts of the moment rather than the results. I will focus on each training and learning, and believe that if the process is correct, the results will come naturally. In this process, I experience every moment of my life, enrich myself, and grow into a person with perseverance and patience. The result is just a milestone in the journey, and I love every step of the growth. In addition, they are good at identifying problems and solving them. The elite are always looking for fresh challenges and opportunities for improvement. I review my training programs and learning plans, identify shortcomings and make adjustments. Whenever I encounter a problem, I need to clear my mind and find a solution, rather than giving up in frustration. This problem-solving mindset keeps me on track and moving toward my goals. Finally, they are used to practicing and summarizing over and over again. Repetition is the only way to become proficient and achieve breakthroughs. I will summarize my experience in each training cycle and develop a specific plan for the next phase. In this cycle, my will, focus and perseverance are growing. Through repetition, I achieve mastery and surpass myself. The reason why the elites are the best is because they have developed a heart of steel. This heart gives them the strength to move forward in distant goals and long processes. It gives them the courage to face problems and get back up after failures. It allows them to learn to enjoy every milestone and to believe that success awaits at the end. Let's cultivate this heart, too. Let's set ambitious goals and believe that we will succeed. Let's love the process and grow in it, learn to solve problems and keep improving. Let's learn from our experiences, repeat them, and push ourselves beyond our limits through repetition! This heart will make us truly elite, with the perseverance and conviction to succeed - this is the secret of mental training for elite athletes!

To develop the "indomitable" mentality, I need to practice and summarize in practice. Every training and study session is an opportunity for mental improvement, and I need to make the most of them. When I encounter difficulties, this is the time to test my perseverance and confidence. I will take the initiative to find a solution to the problem, develop a new action plan and implement it. In this process, I experience my own growth and change. With each trial and error and failure, my mindset is sharpened and my confidence grows - because I believe that if I work hard, I will find a way to succeed. When training or studying becomes boring, I also need to stick with the original idea. I review my goals, organize more fun activities to reignite my enthusiasm, and motivate each other with my peers. I know that if I have a reason in my heart, sooner or later the boredom will be replaced by my perseverance. With an understanding of what it means to pursue, all the effort is worth it. In the pursuit of mastery and transcendence, I must also learn to appreciate every little improvement. I will take stock and reflect at the end of the training cycle to appreciate the changes and improvements I have made. Each breakthrough is a milestone in my success, which makes me feel happy and proud. I believe that if I continue to work hard, I will eventually reach my goal. In this cycle, my mindset is gradually strengthening. I have the patience to take one step closer to my long-term goals, the courage to face challenges and start over after failures. I began to enjoy every second of the process and to make work and learning meaningful. These qualities gave me the ability to persevere, to face all the hardships and to draw strength from them - the steel of the elite's heart. Consistency is essential to achieving a high level of mental fitness. We need to practice at every stage of our daily lives and work to experience growth and build perseverance. It is only through failure, frustration and tedium that our mindset can be truly strong and unyielding. The process will take time, but the results will be amazing - a heart that can cross any obstacle! Let's cultivate this heart at every step of the way in pursuit of our dreams. Let's face all the challenges and choose to persevere, growing into the elite in the process. Let's learn to appreciate every milestone in our lives and gain momentum in it to keep moving forward. Each effort refines our mindset and brings us closer to success - this is the secret weapon on the road to elite status, a heart that never gives up!
