Let’s Look into the Benefits of Vaping CBD Oil!
Vaping has become quite popular today, and many avid smokers have quit smoking and shifted to vaping for all the right reasons. If you are still unaware of what vaping is, then it is an act very similar to smoking, but instead of lighting the cigarette, one would light up the e-liquid in the vaporizer. Lauren WilliamsonPublished 5 years ago in PotentCBD in Recovery: Am I Still Sober?
When I got sober, CBD oil was all the rage. Every vape store and health store had CBD oil at the front counter and attractive advertisements enveloped the outside of the buildings promoting all of the health benefits of taking CBD oil. Naturally, I was curious about it. After all, I had always been a marijuana advocate, even as a sober individual, because I had seen how much CBD cream had helped my mother manage her rheumatoid arthritis. Hemp oil can be defined as the full-spectrum of oil extracted from Cannabis Sativa, or from hemp seeds that are produced by the hemp plant. Hemp oil has few risks of intoxication, as most of the hemp oil is extracted from different seed strains of the hemp plant. However, research has shown that hemp grains contain at least 0.3 percent of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is the component that causes the euphoric feeling of marijuana. It's also important to note that hemp oil is very different from cannabidiol (CBD) oil. CBD oil is produced from the leaves, flowers, and stalks of the hemp plant, which contains high concentrations of CBD, and has a lot of benefits too.

To start with a basic understanding, CBD oil is a component to be found in Industrial Hemp, which is one of the varieties of cannabis sativa plant. Now, both CBD and marijuana are derived from the same genus, but the former contains a lower amount of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), 0.3 percent or less, and the later contains a concentration of 15 percent to 40 percent. THC is a component which makes you feel high due to its psychoactive properties. The question arises here that how can CBD oil benefit human health in any manner? Its history is dated a long time back when ancient healers made use of its medicinal benefits to treat patients. In the current scenario, clinical and lab-tested researches have proved CBD oil to benefit treating certain symptoms with the right dosage. Here are some medicinal and therapeutic uses of CBD oil in general:
