space in time.
i never imagined,
that this would happen.
drifting through time,
endlessly waiting.
your smile
would overcome my trials.
i could never go back
to a time when you never existed.
i fell all in
and became addicted.
your love is a drug,
i can never get enough.
could this feeling be a crime
should i try to hit rewind?
never.
your loves a medicine to my mind
something to be searched for
something to be cherished
but could never be found
until now.
the turning point in my life
without enough time to expound
the ways i feel
are they even real?
now i just sit and stare
at this space in time
and smile

Unlovable
Do you ever feel unlovable? Like no one ever wants to see you because I do. Some days I feel like I could never be loved. Nobody would ever want me, especially if they really knew me like I know myself. I know all my deepest darkest secrets but they're just that, secrets. No one knows those things yet I still feel like no one could love me but here is the crazy thing the one who does know everything about me, my creator. He knows these things yet he still loves me! He even sent his son to die for me and for you, despite my biggest flaws. He loves me despite the fact that I struggle. He loves me even when I don't feel like I can be loved. Smartystan
Flags flew freely in the summer breeze. They consisted of a gray and white human brain against a black background. Scales of gold sat just overtop the image of the organ. The sun rose at just the zenith and shared its light and warmth with the attendees to one of the country-states’ greatest accomplishments: the graduation of two women who had been in a halfway house and found their passions for art design and communications. Mala and Sheltham looked on with sunglasses and cheered the graduates. With the knowledge they had months to go before being up on that stage, they looked at each other and grinned. After the ceremony, they walked into a pizza restaurant that fit their budgets.
