Close your eyes, sleep and rest
Rest and sleep, recharge
Even when it all feels too much

Some days are bad,
some better
Some days are rainy Tuedays
Some sunny Saturdays
Some can go fuck themselves

pulling yourself together
cheering yourself up
getting on with life
trying to put on a smile

trivial solutions

nonsense
*
Not
tough enough?

loveable enough?

take away
the power
the hold
they have

belitting you
knocking you
