Worn to Fit

Amidst the noise and chaos of life

We search for meaning and our place

Our hearts beat with a restless strife

As we struggle to keep up the pace

We try on different roles and masks

Hoping to find the perfect fit

But none of them seem to last

And we feel like we're lost in the midst

Of a world that doesn't understand

The longing that consumes our soul

We yearn for a place where we can stand

We long for the feeling of belonging

To a tribe that shares our dreams

Where we can find our voices strong

And our hearts can burst at the seams

But the journey to this place is long

And often filled with pain and doubt

We question where we truly belong

And what our purpose is all about

We try to silence the inner voice

That tells us we're not enough

But it persists and leaves no choice

But to face our fears and call our bluff

For the truth is we are unique

And our path is ours alone

We must embrace the journey's peak

And all the struggles we've ever known

For it's through the trials we endure

That we discover who we truly are

And we learn to love ourselves more

And shine like a radiant star

So let us wear our scars with pride

And embrace the person we've become

For in our hearts we'll find a guide

And a place to call our home

A place where we can be ourselves

And all the masks can fall away

Where we can thrive and truly excel

And our hearts can dance and play

For we are not meant to be perfect

But perfectly flawed and unique
