The winter's chill is in the air
A darkness creeps, a silent stare
The wind howls through the night
As shadows dance in flickering light
The tress stand bare, their branches high
A gnarled hand against the sky
And in the distance, a meurnful moan
Of a creature that's not quite alone
The snow falls softly to the ground
Yet in its depths, something's found
A lurking presence, a haunting sound
Of footsteps stalking all around
Winter is coming, and with it comes
A terror that cannot be outrun
So stay inside, and look the door
For in the cold, there's something more.
