Unspoken confessions held between breaths
Or written with hands, on backs
Obmutescent lips on lips
Or pressed against necks
In the silences between words spoken
Emotion can be deafening
We exist in these subtle moments
We exist in this absence and encapsulation
Of those three oft-omitted words
