When I Imagine

I like boats, but not the ocean and making angels in the snow. I like good books and telling secrets, the ones that everybody knows

I love a happy ever after, when the tears well in your eyes. And when the end is the beginning, as it brings you to goodbye

When I try to imagine happy, I see starlight in your eyes and when I try to imagine love, I see those stars go flying by

When I try to imagine you, my entire universe collides -with thoughts of Jupiter and mars and letting go, so fate decides

I love when my imagination runs away, leading me down paths that I’ve avoided - living in gray spaces, totally rent free

I really love the thought of love, though it does not think that much of me-so, I ll just keep track of the words, making it rhyme by adding ing
