The Silence Screams

I Want To Close My Eyes
Pretend It's Not Happening
The Harder I Try
The Louder The Silence Gets
I Want To Block Out The Noise
But
It's Overbearingly Strong
All These Thoughts
Forcing Tears
Down My Cheeks
