What’s the answer?

Does knowledge have a definition?

By Mohammed DarasiPublished about a year ago Updated about a year ago 1 min read

What’s the answer?

This sheet is doubting my intellectual grandeur

Nothing but a paper, but it became truly a creature

That devours my mind

My sanity

And my temper

Flipping through the pages of false knowledge.

Will passing this get me acknowledged? By my peers. My parents. My colleagues?

Such folly

True… Knowledge is preserved in the annals of humanity. Contributing to the building of society

False… Knowledge is only gained from bending that book spine. In that dark, lonely library

True knowledge has no definition. It can only be gained by having conviction

To hustle, scrape, and gain that wisdom.

If the paper is victorious over you, don’t fret. Focus on the overview

You’ve expanded your mind with wisdom, and pushed through

The door of true knowledge, and the colourful hue

Of the enlightened mind. You can now construe

The difference between wisdom and knowledge… and those who confuse the two
