It is not just something
Which is spoken aloud
It’s not just something
Found on church grounds
It is something which binds
All of this massive world together
It is something so seemingly simple
It is actually a life principle
When we place our belief
In something like the strength
Of just a simple chair
If we fall the faith is no longer there
Moving forward we check every chair
Placing our faith in a human being
The image they may be projecting
May not be the one we are seeing
Bigger than any church or Denomination
It’s the truth of our life worth saving
The hour may be late and the point moot
Still we must recognize the truth is the truth
What is faith it may not be what some are thinking but know it is as real as anything
We did not stumble upon this knowledge
This knowledge is free for we once were
Blind but now we see
For we all are saved by grace
So when you are asked what is faith

You sprinkle within this some really powerful messages and beautiful takeaways. I love the foundational view of faith. You strip away any commercial church ownership of the idea and go back to the four legs of a chair beneath us, lovely. Thank you for sharing.
