She was low key was not holding her dogs leash tight enough. Almost as if she was trying to let the dogs go on purpose. But me being smart and thinking fast, I kept my cool. Stayed calm and collected because I didn't want to panic and have the dogs chase me. So I just kept it pushing and she followed me all the way up the block until I got to my house. I stayed on the other side of the street and walked a little bit further than her, almost at a speed walk. But not too much faster because I didn't want the dogs to start barking.
