Was Death Right?

Oh Death!

In shadows deep, where whispers fade,

A tale of life's eternal trade,

I write of death, that solemn rhyme,

A dance with fate, the end of time.

Like falling leaves in autumn's grasp,

We too shall join that gentle clasp,

From cradle's warmth to earth's embrace,

We journey forth, to find our place.

In twilight's realm, where spirits dwell,

The secret truths, they long to tell,

Death, the guide, with quiet repose,

Leads us where the river flows.

Through veils unseen, we pass with grace,

To realms unknown, in timeless space,

A cosmic voyage, unbound by breath,

Where souls find solace, beyond life's breadth.

Yet fear may haunt the mortal mind,

Of endings grim, the ties unbind,

But death, dear friend, a gentle guide,

Unveiling mysteries, where love abides.

For in its arms, a sacred hush,

Reveals the beauty, that life may crush,

It teaches lessons, deep and wise,

To cherish moments, beneath the skies.

So let us not fear death's embrace,

But seek its wisdom, face to face,

For in the cycle, we all must bow,

To find our peace, to take our vow.

In life and death, we intertwine,

A tapestry, both yours and mine,

So let us honor, with every breath,

The dance with death, 'til nothing's left.

For in the end, we'll understand,

That death's a chapter, not the final strand,

And in the tapestry of eternity's song,

We'll find that death was right, all along.
