I am more of a water person
Maybe because I'm a scorpion
But I've felt this warmth
So energizing and mesmerising
That it penetrated my world
Leaving me burning with love.
I cannot burn bridges with it
Nor can I let it consume me
But I will guard it
And fan the flame
So the dark alleys
Can also be lightened.
