My vegan friends I've known are dead,
They derided me for eating red.
Unhealthy it was and surely I'd die
Early, they said, with an ominous sigh.
It was their obituaries instead, I read.

Hi Dennis ~ So sorry you haven't published lately. I've enjoyed so many of your offerings. This one caught my eye since I write about 'Vegetarians' alot. *I've subscribed with pleasure in anticipation of what you may post next.
