Have you ever been super confident at the start of a relationship just to be left with zero confidence and a whole hell of a lot of trauma and anxiety? You're not alone, I promise. You are also not the problem, I promise. Maybe we have a lot of healing to do..but so do they! We all need to heal. I spent a long time being voiceless, scared and confused. I also can read this poem and feel the moments I allowed myself to be my own enemy. Lets heal. Please.
