Uncommon bond

A price

By Joseph McCainPublished about a year ago 1 min read

A beauty smiled and spoke her mind

Inappropriate words tossed about

Creasing and grazing the beauty

Hushed tones ensued

As the beauty’s husband

Cleared insulting perpetrators

From the expansive room

An uncommon bond of $250

Set for the husband by a judge

For clobbering two bombastic men

Who did not fathom the man’s bond

To his radiant loving bride.
