Uncertain Actions

restless emotion

but devotion in sight

another night

of slow anticipation

as fascination fills my mind

and I wonder if you are there

thinking too

of everything that we have been through

will it change

rearranging from the knitted threads

of a web so thick that we can’t even see forward

and will we be able to look toward

a brighter situation

despite the complications and complexities

what kind of remedy will be needed

to bead together such opposing forces

and will it morph on its own

or will we have to bond together

breaking the lonesome of uncertainty
